Beautiful Apartment

Ended up only being two instead of three in our party but the layout & amenities were perfect. We could get ready at the same time due to the two bathrooms & the bed was amazing.Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Awesome 2 bdrm spot a short walk to the downtown. Clean and comfortable place and the bathtub was great too! Quiet area outside downtown, highly recommend.

Great stay in nice modern apartment

Perfect location for seeing a show at the Palace Theater! Very spacious, clean and modern. Nice little sitting room off the master bedroom was a great place for morning coffee! Took us a few trys to get the lockbox open on arrival but we kept at it and got it, just a user issue but clear instructions from the host :)

Weekend stay in Albany

The unit was clean and accommodating. The sitting room off of the master bedroom was so awesome with the swing chair. The owner was very responsive every time we texted her, and was lovely to deal with. This is a one-story walk-up with a lot of stairs. It appeared to us to be on the border of the central business portion of Albany and a not so great neighborhood. However, we had no issues and was a perfect place to stay for an extended weekend.

I had to clean the entire apartment. I drove 3 hours n spent about 2 hours cleaning.

I messaged the person in charged n never got a response from her. I was highly disappointed and wished that at least I would have heard from her when I first arrived and found the placed a mess. I literally took pictures and video of the poor conditions of this place. I had to stay due to no refund. It was a sad experience.

Bad host

I arrived to the apt and did what the instructions said by going to the lockbox. The code didn’t. I tried many different ways for a half hr. I contacted the host via text through the app explaining that the code was not working. After waiting 15mins i received a response stating are you putting in the right code. I told the host numerous time i was putting the code she gave. It's been a total of 45 mins and she still never offered another way in the apt nor a way to get the lockbox open. I told her i was going to report this. She called immediately and when she called she was laughing and so were her guest in the background about the whole situation. I had to book a hotel that night because she didn't try to help other than stating the code works. Not a good host. I would not recommend.

Girl's trip for a concert
