Perfect in every way!

Great location, super clean, great communication with the host! The pictures and listed details match what were listed. We had a great time and if we come back will definitely stay here again!

Lovely apt! Close to downtown

It was clean and fully stocked and updated! The neighborhood is a little rundown, I wouldnt walk around it at night (as a non minority woman), but I felt plenty safe the entire time. I would definitely stay there again.

Cute Place!

Had a nice stay the weekend before so we stayed again this past weekend. In walking distance to some key spots. Great restaurant around the corner. Cozy place.

Weeknight Concert Visit

Got tickets for a band at Empire Live. Was able to walk to/from the show easily. Street parking was not an issue.

Brooklyn comes to Albany

I came to Albany from an event at The Egg. It took me a while to figure out the check-in process. But once inside, I wished to book this property for a longer stay. There's a nice restaurant around the corner and a bar down the block. This is a good spot for walking to downtown Albany.

Unique place to stay

You get your steps in - the bedroom, bathroom, and only TV are upstairs the spiral staircase - but the two floor setup is pretty cool if you don't have mobility issues. The kitchen was fantastic with great stove/oven - and allowed me to cook for others. Communications could be better - but the apartment was very clean and the bathroom very nice. I would have no problem in repeating an extended stay where a kitchen is important (feel like it is wasted if you don't cook)

Short but sweet stay!

The stay was short but sweet! Everything was clean and exactly what we needed as a stopover stay on our way to another destination. The only snafu was the emailed instructions said to check the lockbox for a key and there was no key (Linda had switched to an electronic keypad and we just had not realized!). Linda was quick to speak with us over the phone about this and the matter was resolved in under 5 minutes. Would stay here again!

There was coffee but no creamer. We left a quart of half and half in the frig. No bath soap. Dirty shower rug. Close to The Egg. Nice location. Neighborhood a bit sketchy but ok.

Questionable Location

The location for this property is a huge drawback. When we arrived there was a section of the road very nearby cordoned off for police activity for several hours. We did not feel comfortable walking around at all or parking our car. We left first thing in the morning before 7am. Hopefully the neighborhood is on an upswing but it's not close to acceptable yet. A small issue with cleanliness of the bathmat. Overall not an enjoyable stay.

The host never responded to my request for an early check in but other than that, communication back and forth was fine. When we arrived, the cleanliness of the apartment was NOT up to standard but this was a situation that the host helped resolve during our stay. We were content with the solution but initially super frustrated. Definitely not our best experience but the unit was nice. I will say however that this isn’t the place for anyone who has issues walking up and down stairs frequently or mobility issues in general.
