Great location!

This area of Destin is away from the crowds - this property is only 3 stories and has a private beach. The other properties nearby are NOT the large high rises, so area is less crowded. Plenty of shopping and dining options very close by.

Perfect Location

We had an amazing time. The condo is so cute and it was so easy to just walk out to the beach and have chair service. We loved not having to worry about hauling chairs around. We love that it was tucked away.

The location of the condo is very convenient and quiet. The view from the lanai is spectacular. The condo is updated with pleasant and comfortable furnishings. Overall stay at this condo was excellent.

Wonderful Location

The location of this property is perfect. It is not in a huge high rise but a smaller three story building with a state park very close to the west side of the building. It is much less crowded than other Destin locations and very quiet. The water is very close and a beach attendant sets up your chairs each day. The water is so clear. It is so relaxing.

The View and Location!!

The condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay at the beach. You are steps away from the beautiful, white sand and beautiful water. Kitchen is stocked and there are even sand toys and boogie boards for the little ones. Check in and check out was an easy process for us. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful unit and best location!

We’ve been going to Coral Reef Club for years, and this unit has been our favorite, by far! It’s beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. We are a family of 5, and frequently eat-in. They had everything we needed. We had some questions for the owner, and she was very responsive. And the location is the best- next to Henderson Beach State Park but only a few minutes to the Publix. We also love that the condo is small, so the beach is less crowded. We plan to visit again!

Great location

Loved being right on the beach and we had a wonderful stay!! The only thing I would suggest is that the housekeeping clean better. Almost everything was VERY dusty and it definitely affected us with seasonal allergies. The building looked a little ran down, looks like it was undergoing some construction. I would stay here again.

Truly an incredible location

Right on the Gulf. Beach service: The attendant set up chairs and an umbrella for you. You can even save that spot for the week - No rushing down to put your towel on a chair. Very peaceful. The condo is updated and bright so very comfortable. The location is at the end of Scenic 98 so there is no through traffic. Wonderful.

Wonderful Stay

The check-in process was simple and the host, Maggi, placed the info we needed into the app. I didn’t see it at first (app seems different than prior years) so I messaged her and she replied within seconds. The unit was clean and the bed and furniture worked well for our family. The kitchen is very functional and clean. No issues with grime or bugs and we were there in the prime of heat and humidity. Being right on the beach is so great with kids. They can run up and back down for restroom and snack breaks and we don’t have to worry about them crossing the road. The beach itself was beautiful as always and very close to the public beach that’s part of the nature preserve. This is important because the condo isn’t too close to the public entrance and there aren’t units going West for miles. It allows for a more secluded feel. We swam every morning from 8-11 and the evenings are even great for swimming. Since it was the end of July it was quite hot and I (dad) enjoyed my mid-day breaks from the sun sitting in the AC. No issues with AC in the unit. The checkout process was simple and we were more than pleased with the stay!

When we arrived we had to notify the property manager of broken and dirty items of the room. Property manager was very responsive (5 stars for that) to acknowledge the issues. We had to change and clean the sheets when we arrived and had bathroom issues which took 3 days to repair.

Total relaxation

This is the second year we’ve stayed at this condo. Maggie is absolutely awesome to work with and everything about this place is great. Great location to shopping and restaurants and you are literally a few steps from having your feet in the white sand. We really appreciate the extra beach chairs that are in the closet for guest use, as we have teenagers so the beach service that comes with two chairs isn’t quite enough. It’s also nice to be able to sit closer to the water without sitting in the sand. When we didn’t want to leave we door dashed in and had Walmart deliver. This is a very clean, modernly decorated place. Would recommend it to anyone!!

Walking/Stomping above unit

There is a VERY pronounced stomping sound when people walk in unit above you. Other units confirmed the same thing. Everything is overall good but the walking at night and very early in the morning woke each of us up daily.

Loved the building and grounds

We loved the location, building and grounds, view, and laundry in room. There was a man cleaning outside every day to keep the grounds perfect! That being said, the room is in need of improvement. The master mattress and bed frame was horrible. It felt cheap and worn down to the point that we both rolled into the middle of the bed and felt like we were on a trampoline. The springs were palpable and audibly annoying. My husband slept on the couch because it was so uncomfortable. The balcony has an amazing view, but only if you're standing. The patio furniture was low, basic, and weathered with only a small, rickety side table for placing a plate or cup. The height of the chairs put you at eye level with the railing. The bed and balcony furniture made our stay a lot less enjoyable. In addition, both bathroom sink drains had clogs, the floors were wavy and gave a fun house feel to the room, the master bath closet was not usable because it was full of broken beach equipment and clutter, there weren't any rugs inside the entry (or anywhere) to catch sand, and there were only 2 hooks in the entire room for hanging things. There were only 3 of us and there was no where to put our things! Very poor planning for such a small space. It felt like the room was stripped down and basic quality materials were used.

I love to Travel. I work a lot, and I reward myself and family by taking trips to make memories together. Of all the places that I've been to, Destin is my absolute favorite respite. My soul resets here. I just need this place. The white sand, the emerald water and the locals make this paradise to me.

I have always made numerous trips a year to this area. I looked for years for the perfect condo to purchase. I don't like a lot of people surrounding me on the beach. I don't like rows and rows of chairs that come with staying in a high rise.

The location of this condo is what makes it absolutely perfect. It is nestled in the center of the Henderson, one of the finest resorts and spas around. It is next to the Henderson state park which is over a mile of protected shoreline, which means NO CONDOS! On the other side is high end low rise condos, that are also part of the Henderson Resort.

The condo is a 49 unit 3 story building with a large private beach front. It doesn't get more low key than this. ON top of all of that, it's less than a mile from Whole Foods, Publix and many other major shopping destinations and restaurants. You will be just a short walking distance or a bike ride to several fabulous local eateries and cocktails like Camille's, Crab Trap, Surf Hut and many others.
