Great day at the beach

This was a great place to stay and enjoy the beach. It is a 10 minute walk to the white sand. There was plenty of room for the 5 people in the condo. The 3 shower were great for getting ready to out on the town. Kitchen was well supplied to cook meal in if needed. Plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach. We will be staying here again when we are back.

Beach house

The communication was excellent. We had a minor issue with a low battery on a device and the host quickly provided a remedy. Having rented in the area for the last 6 years this was one of the best setups for our family. Proximity to the water is great as well for easy walking access.

Very clean, good location, and great communication.

The property is very clean and spacious. The host helped us when one of my family members needed to stay longer. Great price. We got plenty of supply, toiletries, and linens. If we could have an air fryer and more dishes (not plastic ones), it could make it our best vacation house ever. Forgot to mention that the parking spots are big and convienient. Thank you for checking on us and greeting us at the beginning of our vacation.

Amazing Location

We stayed here with 11 total people including 4 kids. There was plenty of space for all of us and we didn't even need to use the sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit was very clean and was not so busy inside that you felt like you couldn't put your bags down for fear of breaking anything which is great for toddlers. With a less than 5 minute walk to the beach you can be there anytime. We stayed in February so the beach was empty and clean and we had no issues driving onto or walking along the path that is on the road. The rental was not a far drive to shopping and food and there is a coffee shop 3 minutes away. Next time we go to Corpus Christi we plan to re-book this property because it was so easy to get in and out and had plenty of parking with the two assigned spots, 2 guest spots for the entire condo group, as well as street parking if needed.

The condo was exactly as shown with a well stocked kitchen for cooking including great pots, pans & utensils. There were plenty of towels, pillows & bedding for all the beds. All of these features contributed to a great time. The condo is in a good location, we walked most places & with the ocean so close, we walked it every day! Had a few questions the first few days & Gilbert answered quickly. Place was clean, good shower pressure hot water too! One of our best stays & will be back

Amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The host was so accommodating and helpful! Property was in an amazing location and had TONS of room for a large group. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to Corpus!

Great location, great property and great Host

Highly recommend this rental. The property is as pictured, close to great beaches whether you are walking or driving to the beach. There are gas stations, a market, restaurants and even a dollar general within 1-2 miles. The kitchen has everything you need, even a grill outside and the host does a great job of having all the towels you need along with things like detergent, dishwasher detergent, extra trash bags and hair dryer. It’s attention those details and free streaming services that make rentals like this one awesome. Hope to book again next time we go to this beach.

Perfect location!

House - the house was really nice. It was clean and nicely decorated. It had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for 9 people. My children loved the bunked beds. Location - the location was perfect! There was a short path to the beach and it was walking distance from the house. The beach area was not at all crowded. All the restaurants and shops were within 30 minutes or less from the location. Communication - Gilbert checked up on us everyday and was quick to answer our questions and inquiries. He made the check in and check out process easy. We enjoyed our stay and will look for this house on our trip back to Corpus in the future.
