Everything was as advertised. Perfect spot for a couple. Fairly close to the Riverwalk. Clean too. Would recommend!

Walking distance to downtown area. Clean. Had all the basic necessities. Owner was quick to respond and very friendly.

We had a great time staying at the bungalow. Everything was clean and tidy. Very close to downtown Wilmington. Would definitely stay here again!

Great, quaint place within walking/biking distance to a lot of cool stuff. We brought our bikes and rode everywhere since it's all right there.

Cute, clean, convenient bungalow!

We loved staying in this cute bungalow! It was clean and totally updated - awesome waterfall shower head with boys jets! It was close to the River Walk and things we wanted to do! The host was awesome!

Wilmington 3 night stay

Our stay here was decent. While not 100% what was expected or accurate from the listing, we made it work. The unit is equipped with two window AC units which cooled the main bedroom and living room fine, however the kitchen, bathroom, and second bedroom were not. A third AC unit would be beneficial in the second bedroom to help this issue. There is only one TV in the whole unit and the plumbing needs attention. On night one of the stay although the flow was slower than what we were used to, we were able to adjust. By the the second night, the water would not drain while taking a shower which would also affect the toilet flushing. This required plunging not only the toilet, but the tub as well in order for the water to drain after taking a shower. Not a huge inconvenience, but one we could have done without. There was also a smell of sewage outside anytime the toilet flushed or a shower was taken. Not sure if that was sewage from this property or someone else’s, but would only happen when the toilet in this property would flush. Parking was fine, however, we had to clean glass up from the yard before we could park our car. There’s isn’t really a space in front of the home that is designated for parking. It looked like this could be easily done with some gravel or something to make it look like there was a parking space in front of the home, but that too was lacking. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the things we came to see and visit, so that was a plus. Overall, the home was updated nicely considering the age of the property, however some things definitely need to be addressed. We love Wilmington and visit often. If these issues are looked into, we would potentially consider staying here again!

Cute bungalow, update inside

Inside of this railroad house has been updated with nice materials. The ad was not clear that there is one wall heater for the entire house and one small Window AC for the entire house. Future renters should be aware of the need for space heater air fans.

The heat systems has two levels of heating source. More than adequate for the square footage of the Bungalow home. The same goes for the 8000 BTU AC unit. But thank you for your feedback. Owners.

Stay in this wonderful bungalow in DT Wilmington!! One Tree Hill fans stay here!!

We loved our stay here!! Great location!! Walking distance to everything!! The shower was amazing!! You’ll just have to stay here to experience. Host was the best and mailed forgotten items. We will be back to explore the beautiful port city and will absolutely stay here again!!

Incredible find & amazing hospitality

My children and I spent the weekend at this beautiful and uniquely upgraded house. Wonderful location complete with upgrades. In addition, I left 2 pairs of shoes and John was so kind to ship them back to me in less than 36 hours! I would highly recommend staying here.
