Richard and his wife were wonderful hosts! They welcomed me like family - and had many personal touches upon my arrival... everything from coffee, muffins, fruit, milk, eggs, cream and butter, orange juice - and more! The space was well-designed, and parking was convenient. Also included were TV's with many options for shows and programs - and also wi-fi. I might mention that for seniors or others who have difficulty with stairs, the bedrooms are on the second level while the bathroom is on the first level. But this was a great location - close to Wilmington and also some beaches, and for me to visit with my son and then to also visit my 5 grandchildren. Thank you for a great stay!

The guest cottage is super cute! Richard met us at check in to give us a tour! He even provided some fruit and breakfast items to get our stay started. He was quick to answer when I had any questions. It’s a quick drive to downtown Wilmington and an easy drive to the beach! The cottage was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to get our stay started

The house was very well stocked!! Lots of complemetary food...WOW! It was clean and comfortable. Warning: Low ceilings...I am 5'0" and could touch them, so if you are super tall, you may have an issue. The host was very plesant.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Our hosts were great we wanted for nothing, everything we needed was there plus our hosts even had fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and breakfast variety of food in the fridge for us. The cottage is very nice, has everything you could want and very clean. Great outdoor screened in porch to sit day or evening. And yes we were close to any and everything we needed to be!!

Short family get away

Very quaint and clean house. The owner was extremely friendly. The host family even provided breakfast items in our refrigerator for our stay. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Wilmington. Thank you for a great stay.

Wonderful trip

The rental is a charming guest cottage with all amenities and a screened in porch. It was very comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. Convenient location close to many restaurants, parks and public beach access. The property owners were so wonderful and very accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again!

Everything you need and location

This is a great location, very convenient to airport, UNCW, and Wrightsville Beach, restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighborhood great driveway parking for one car and plenty of street parking. The host is very hospitable and he has thought of absolutely everything one could need on travel!
