Newly renovated 1912 home in the Soda Pop District of downtown Wilmington, NC . Everything is brand new! Cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a fenced in backyard and inviting front porch. This property is only blocks from historic downtown Wilmington, breweries and bars, as well as some of the finest restaurants in the city. Downtown Riverwalk, convention center, and Live Oak Bank Pavillion are a short 5 minute drive away. The Soda Pop District offers Hi-Wire Brewery, Cugino Forna Pizza and Gelato, Bowstring Brewyard and more! Only 10 minutes to UNCW campus and 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach.
Pets are welcome! There is a washer and dryer onsite and sheets and towels are provided.

The picture online are nice, but the property is even nicer in person. The hosts did an amazing job renovating the property. The location was great. We would definitely come back

The house is very comfortable, nicely decorated and has many nice touches like some toiletries and other helpful items for travelers. The location is great. I walked from the house every day for exercise and enjoyed beautiful and interesting neighborhoods. Check-in and check-out are easy.

The house is super clean! Unfortunately, it was raining the entire time so we didn’t get to walk to downtown. I would stay here again.

The home is beautifully decorated and the upgrades are amazing. The home has a cozy feel and the beds were very comfortable. The home is fully stocked with items you may need. They have a little snack bar l, coffee bar for guests and dog treats for your fur babies. Everything was very thoughtful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book here again the next time we are in town visiting family.

We had a great stay at this Wilmington rental. The space was spotless and well furnished; with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was very convenient—just a short walk to downtown and a short drive to the Wrightsville Beach and many other attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more seamless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient home base in Wilmington.

We really enjoyed our stay for the weekend here in Wilmington! The house was clean and very comfortable, and the proximity to things downtown was great! Scott was super accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. Would totally stay again if we come back to Wilmington!

Loved!

My friend and I loved this house, there wasn’t a thing we would have changed! Very clean and cozy and has everything you need. Our Lyft rides to downtown were all very affordable and a few places even walking distance.

UNCW Orientation

This home is beautiful and cozy! It’s so nicely set up. We were looking for a place not too far from campus. There are lots of good restaurant choices nearby. We just wished we could have stayed a little longer.

Such a cute house. Exactly like the pictures and as described. The appliances were all great especially the washer /dryer. Beds were comfy with nice linens. Very clean. Easy parking right in the front. Overall quiet location. Host was extremely responsive and kind. I like that there was not a long list of “no’s” posted all over like some rentals. Made our week long stay feel like home.

Great little house!

We stayed here to attend a concert at the amphitheater. Unfortunately our concert was cancelled but we decided to go to Wilmington anyway to get away for the weekend. The house is clean and totally modern and within walking distance of great restaurants and breweries. It’s also a short drive to the riverfront. The host, Scott, was wonderful and all his instructions were clear and simple. We would definitely stay here again.

Woderful Home
