Unit 235 in the Landmark Resort is a one bedroom one bathroom Beach view condo, with one king bed in the master bedroom, a murphy bed in the living room, and a sleeper sofa, there are doors at each end of the hallway which can make the living room a private sleeping area. The unit has a full kitchen, dinning area, and a balcony that over looks the beach, and pool. This unit does not include restaurants or slides, however the pools lazy rivers, and beach are available to guests.

The room was in a great location with a great view at a great price! The owner was incredibly responsive as well. Highly highly recommend!!

Waterpark not included with vrbo.

Everything was great except for being mislead on thinking the Waterpark at the hotel was included. I had two 8 yr olds and a 12 year old that were all looking forward to it, but we were denied because we were vrbo. This was the main reason I chose this hotel.

Ok, but could have bee better

Balcony door was broken, mattress was hard, fan in bathroom floor was dirty, front TV didn't work also the bed in the front looked as if someone had been lying on it,but other than that it was ok loved the location...

landmark aminities

poor service, phone didnt work in the room, rarely got towels even after asking, went out an bought my own along with toilet paper and garbage bags, shark bites was closed 5 out of the 9 days i was there. Otherwise had a very good time on the beach!!

Summer Vacation

When we arrived at the condo we realized that the sofa bed was broken and could not be used. I got in touch with the owner ,who lives out of state, and he was responding to my texts and calling several times a day to check on us. On our third day he called to let me know that we had a new sofa bed arriving that day! I was very impressed with the way he handled our situation. I would give him 100 stars if i could. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful.

the booking process was great, when i arrived it was somewhat irritating as the room was not available, had to sit for several hours then moved into a much smaller room for the night the moved again the next day but had to sit in the room and wait most of the day to get moved so missed 2 days of beach time. The room we moved into was good aside from a rusty refrigerator, no air in the front half and a very leaky ac in the master. The owner was, however, excellent in compensating me on my issues upon arrival and did his best to make my stay as enjoyable as possible.

Needs Major Updates

The check in process was horrible as desk didn't know anything about the reservation as i was stated to go there and tell them. Took another half hour or so to get ahold of vrbo amd them to get it squared away with the owner who contacted the manager and then all was good on that part. Next we had many problems with the room. AC leaked all over the entrance and had to be fixed, the shower fixtures needed fixed from maintenance as weren't on tight, beds were absolutely horrible, sofa bed falling apart, kitchen faucet was backwards where hot was cold etc, dishes etc dirty, pans disgusting, stove so so, many paint peeling, several roaches found, and lastly the last night there we had knocking on the door around 845 because our shower pipes were leaking down into the lazy river indoors so couldn't use that last night there... Great location, love where the room is at but this NEEDS A SERIOUS OVERHAUL all over to be better. Once owner puts money into all that it would be awesome!!! Also that the check in people would be more aware of the check in with this room as it's rented privately as well as on the landmarks plan so can use all amenities. So again if uts updated EVERYWHERE in it then it will be great.

TrĂšs belle vue sur la mer.

TrĂšs bien situĂ© pour le mĂ©nage, c’était propre, mais il y avait de la poussiĂšre dans le haut des murs. Un peu de maintenance Ă  faire sur la porte patio et la table de cuisine mais le reste tout Ă©tait correct situĂ© directement devant la plage pratique. Quand tu vas aller te baigner tu as juste Ă  descendre un Ă©tage pas besoin d’attendre les ascenseurs, tout va bien autant pour la piscine comme pour la mer.
