Hello, Morgan. I am so sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. It is always in our best interest to be sure guest have a wonderful stay at our property. I really wish that you would have notified me as soon as you noticed the room and floors were dirty; because as you know I respond quickly and would have taken care of the items mentioned in your review. You also mentioned that shortly before checking in that you received information about turn down service etc. That is not at all true because I sent you a message 3 days prior to checking in with all the details regarding your stay, and this same information is within the Listing details. It is unfair to us small business owners to get such a bad review when you as the guest never gave us a chance to resolve any of the aforementioned issues, and more importantly not being honest about the details. I wish that you would have taken that into consideration prior to posting your review. Again, I am so sorry you didn't enjoy yourself, and more importantly that your daughter had an accident while on vacation. I expressed my prayers for your daughter and gave you a chance to talk about your stay, but instead you waited to leave a bad review and tell people to not stay our condo once you realized I was unable to give you a refund. As we discussed during your stay, the photos and description in the listing accurately reflect the condo’s layout and furnishings. I appreciated your honesty in sharing that the real concern was the overall age of the resort. I do want to mention that the resort had recently undergone renovations and updates, so I’m not quite sure where the “dated” impression may have come from. Still, in the spirit of good service and wanting you and your wife to feel valued, I issued a $100 refund—not because of any issue with the condo itself, but as a gesture of goodwill. I’m always striving to provide a great experience for my guests, and I hope future travelers can see that I care deeply about hospitality and guest satisfaction. Wishing you all the best,
