Thank you, Chad, for sharing your experience — we’re delighted you enjoyed your stay and found the condo to be a great place to stay! We appreciate you mentioning the phone and lighting. Just to clarify, since our unit is privately owned, the phone isn’t connected to the resort’s internal lines. That said, we’ll look into ways to make this clearer for future guests. As for the lighting issues, we will address them and make sure everything’s in working order. Your feedback helps us keep improving, and we’d love to host you again!

Hello, Morgan. I am so sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. It is always in our best interest to be sure guest have a wonderful stay at our property. I really wish that you would have notified me as soon as you noticed the room and floors were dirty; because as you know I respond quickly and would have taken care of the items mentioned in your review. You also mentioned that shortly before checking in that you received information about turn down service etc. That is not at all true because I sent you a message 3 days prior to checking in with all the details regarding your stay, and this same information is within the Listing details. It is unfair to us small business owners to get such a bad review when you as the guest never gave us a chance to resolve any of the aforementioned issues, and more importantly not being honest about the details. I wish that you would have taken that into consideration prior to posting your review. Again, I am so sorry you didn't enjoy yourself, and more importantly that your daughter had an accident while on vacation. I expressed my prayers for your daughter and gave you a chance to talk about your stay, but instead you waited to leave a bad review and tell people to not stay our condo once you realized I was unable to give you a refund. I wish you well and hope that your summer vacation is much better. #pleasebefair #wealldesrveifairness

Thank you so much, Beth! I’m really glad to hear your stay was great and that the room felt clean, cozy, and convenient for enjoying the pools and beach. I appreciate your kind words about my communication — it means a lot. Thank you as well for mentioning the steps at the entrance. That’s helpful feedback for future guests, and I’m glad you found a simple workaround with the cart. I’ll make sure this detail is clearly noted so guests can plan accordingly. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I’m thrilled your overall stay was amazing. You’re welcome back anytime.

Stephanie, thank you so much for staying with us and for your kind words about communication — I truly appreciate it. I’m glad the space worked well for your family’s wedding weekend, and it’s great to hear you enjoyed having the Starbucks right downstairs. We were happy to accommodate your early noon check‑in so you could get settled before the festivities. Thank you as well for your feedback. We do routine deep cleans in addition to turnovers, and notes like yours help us continue fine‑tuning our schedule. The suite does feature two separate sleeping areas and a full kitchen, and we’re always looking at small ways to enhance comfort throughout the space for future guests. You were wonderful guests, and we’d be happy to host you again anytime you’re back in Myrtle Beach.

Samantha, Thank you so much for the 5-star rating and the “10 out of 10” shoutout! I’m thrilled you had a great stay. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Hi Melvin, Thank you for your feedback. I’m genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn’t fully meet your expectations. As we discussed during your stay, the photos and description in the listing accurately reflect the condo’s layout and furnishings. I appreciated your honesty in sharing that the real concern was the overall age of the resort. I do want to mention that the resort had recently undergone renovations and updates, so I’m not quite sure where the “dated” impression may have come from. Still, in the spirit of good service and wanting you and your wife to feel valued, I issued a $100 refund—not because of any issue with the condo itself, but as a gesture of goodwill. I’m always striving to provide a great experience for my guests, and I hope future travelers can see that I care deeply about hospitality and guest satisfaction. Wishing you all the best,
