Lakefront secluded mult-family retreat with game room and two cabins.

These unforgettable cabins located 1.5 hours north of Green Bay is the perfect gathering for a large group. You will love creating memories on this 1.7-acre property with 700+ lakefront footage, two private boat docks, a private landing, and a 2000 sq ft game room that will have you entertained for hours. Two additional bedrooms and living area are located in the carriage house cabin above the game room.

This property is centrally located on a peninsula between Explosion Lake, Reservoir Pond, Horn Lake, and Little Horn Lake. Direct access to over 600 acres of lake and access to Snowmobiling trails within 2000’ of the property. You can sit in the cabin and watch your tip-ups in any direction.
Enjoy the two fully equipped kitchens perfect for creating your favorite meals. Spend time on one of the many decks or relax with a good book by one of the gas fireplaces.

Sleeps 20 in eight bedrooms
Two bedrooms in the carriage house cabin.
Two bedrooms on the main level – one king and one queen.
The loft includes a king bed, sleeper sofa, and roll-away bed.
The basement has three bedrooms: one queen, one king bedroom, and one bedroom w/ full with a single bunk
The game room is a separate building with over 2000 square feet of entertainment space, including a large-screen TV, pool table, dart boards, air hockey, shuffleboard, Buck Hunter, multi-arcade, and foosball.
Two washers and dryers are in the main home.
Dish network is available for TV service with local channels. Internet is provided.

This was our second time staying and we loved it. The spider problem was gone which was a huge relief and much appreciated. There were minor issues that didnt bother us but want to be sure you are aware: Microwave handle broken, lower level bathroom toilet seat was broken (we fixed it) balcony off loft bedroom was very dirty with a mound of dirt and unwashed table. As I said, it didnt bother us but if I were an owner, I would want to know. we hope we can visit again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

The perfect vacation rental for family

Our stay at the “cabin” in Townsend was the most wonderful experiences that we have had. Everything was perfect. The home was beautiful, with lots of special touches. We had no problems, nothing was missing, everything was clean, well equipped and just as it was advertised. We had 19 family members who loved the 8 bedrooms, game room and property. Whether it was rain or shine, it didn’t matter. We are still relishing the afterglow from our weeklong stay.

Ideal Spot For Big Groups

I hosted my bachelor party at the property and could not have asked for a better spot. The group was large (20 people) but there was plenty of space and beds to accommodate us all. The location is beautiful, check-in was simple, and any maintenance issues were handled very quickly. I highly recommend

Ice Fishing Trip

We had about 15 people for a long weekend of ice fishing and this property was absolutely perfect. We loved the convenience of being right on the water and the views were beautiful. There were more than enough spots for sleeping our group and the gameroom kept everyone entertained in between the fishing sessions. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone. The main cabin is beautiful, the entire property was very clean and in great shape, and we had a ton of fun!

Perfect place for family getaway

This was the perfect place for our family trip. The cabin was incredibly spacious, clean and had all the amenities that you can think of. The separate carriage house with game room was a great place for the younger adults to gather. We will definitely come back!

BEAUTIFUL AND SPACIOUS

My family and I rent a cabin for every Christmas this was the biggest one so far. The cabin itself it's beautiful and sorrounded by nature. The owner was very friendly.I would give it 10 stars but I give it 9 just because the door that divides the kitchen and the basemant was very loud and annoying. I have a 1 year old so I had to make sure the door was close at all times while all the other kids were running up and down which kept waiking up the people sleeping otherwise the stayed was amazing and will definitely come back. I just wish they can fix that door to prevent any more disturbance.

Multi generation Thanksgiving gathering

Stayed with my parents who are 70+ It was too cold to be outside, but snow fell slowly and constantly and looked like a snow globe. Beautiful view from all windows. We used the game room all day and watched football on the big tv. Lots of beds and towels. Heated floors is a really nice touch. Especially with babies crawling around. This is our second stay here. Host is great at communicating. There’s a small grocery store in town with all essentials.

Fantastic, highly recommend

This home is better than pictures. It was perfect for our friend and family get away. The main living space is gorgeous. Tons of room to play games or just sit and read a book. It is right on the lake with 2 paddle boards and several kayaks provided. We had a blast. Of note this lake is very shallow and if boating would stick with a pontoon Cruising and fishing. We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful Secluded Getaway

2nd stay here

This is our 2nd stay at this property as we have celebrated New Years with friends two consecutive years. Everything was as good as the first time. No snow this time and lake wasn't quite frozen, but the property was still fantastic. There is so much space between the 2 buildings that even with a large group plenty of beds for everyone. Kids (and adults) love the game room.
