From the dining area, you can access the shaded patio and grassy backyard, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning or an evening meal.
You'll have your choice of two separate living areas, one on each level. Both are furnished with comfortable furniture and feature large 65-inch Smart TVs, ideal for movie nights. High-speed WiFi (100+ GB) is accessible throughout the home. For some friendly competition, head to the lower level for a game of foosball, or gather everyone for a board game night with classics like Ticket To Ride and Monopoly.
This home features four comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms, providing ample space for everyone:
Upper-Level Master Suite: King bed with a spacious private bathroom, private Smart HDTV and large closet.
Upper-Level Bedroom 2: Queen bed and private Smart HDTV.
Lower-Level Second Master: King bed with a private bathroom, private Smart HDTV, gaming table, foosball table in walk-in closet.
Lower-Level Bedroom 4: Twin-over-full bunk bed plus an additional twin trundle. This room features sliding barn doors for privacy.
A two-car garage is available for your use. The home's proximity to I-90 and Highway 16 makes it an ideal base for exploring Rapid City and the surrounding Black Hills region with ease.

To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following rules:
No Parties — And We Mean It. Absolutely NO PARTIES, EVENTS, or GATHERINGS are allowed on the property at any time.
The only individuals authorized to be on the property are those guests who are included in the reservation and those who have received pre-approval from us, the owners and managers of the property.
Any unauthorized visitors, regardless of how long they are on the property or if they come in a group or in one’s and two’s, will be treated as overnight guests and may result in additional charges and/or an immediate termination of the booking without refund,
The property is monitored by exterior security cameras and our safety conscious neighbors who help us keep the space safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone — including future guests like you.
Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
No Pets: Due to severe owner allergies, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property, inside or out. A significant sanitization fee will be charged for violations.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the home and anywhere on the property. A $500 deodorizing fee may be applied if evidence of smoking is found.
Food and Drink: Please confine all eating and drinking to the kitchen and patio areas.
Primary Guest: The person who makes the reservation must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. We do not allow third party bookings.
The primary guest will be required to sign an online rental agreement verifying that they and all the guests will be informed of and abide by these rules during the stay before access to the property will be granted.
