This new construction home built in 2021 boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and three levels. Plenty of space for multiple families and can sleep 13 plus. High end finishes and touches and everything you need for a lake getaway. Bonus room area includes arcade with 100s of games, xbxox one s, and foosball table! High speed fiber internet and wifi, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need including coffee bar and Keurig. Home comes with new golf cart for your use during stay.

Primary and basement bedrooms have HD smart TVs, living room, bonus and loft area with 60" and 55" HDTV with Netflix, Disney plus, youtube tv. Screened in porch with fireplace and 50" smart TV. All tvs have Netflix, Disney plus, Youtube tv, etc.

House is located in private community overlooking Tims Ford Lake. Close proximity to paved golf cart path for easy access to Holiday Landing Marina and lake access. Private wooded back yard. Community has nature walking path for exploring the area.

First floor - Primary bedroom (king bed) w/ private full bath, living room, dining room and kitchen, and 1/2 bath

Second Floor - Queen bedroom, full bath, loft area with pull out couch, bunk room with full and twin beds.

Basement level - Large bonus room with arcade, xbox one s and foosball table, queen bedroom and large full bathroom.

Short drive to Tims Ford State Park, Lynchburg, and Winchester.

This home exceeded expectations!! We had such a great family Christmas weekend! This home is beautiful, welcoming, and comfortable. Blake, our host was very accommodating and welcoming. We definitely would recommend this spot to anyone! Beautiful memories were made.

Wonderful place to be

This is a great property to stay at. Communication with property manager was easy and this home is beautiful. It was used for a family vacation - 8 adults. Plenty of room, lots to do and relaxing here is a dream. Fully stocked Dollar General a few miles down the road and bar/restaurant easily accessible with the furnished golf cart. Highly recommend and would love to go here again!

Perfect location and room for everyone

what a sweet time we had in this beautiful home! We had a bit of a college reunion with our daughter's friends. Everyone was comfortable and the house is well stocked with cooking supplies. The basement area is spacious and fun. Location terrific!

Fabulous Family Vacation

This brand new home is a great place for 3 families to hang out and enjoy each other! With 3.5 bathrooms and bedrooms on 3 different floors, we could enjoy togetherness and privacy! The 4 and 7 year olds had plenty of space and were well entertained. Beautiful area and enjoyed the snow!!!

Down to see family

6 adults, 1 kid came down to see family in the area and to explore. The house has an open concept that is fantastic, tall ceilings, an enclosed porch with comfy seating, games on all three floors. House is on a quiet street with a path that u can drive the golf cart down on to boat docks to fish and a restaurant. The house is so big that we werent on top of each other and had room to spread out. The home owners were able to be reached and responded quickly if anything arises. My only recommendation would be to add a grill, other than that we will come back again.

great lake access!

super convenient to the water! the golf cart was amazing to go to and from the boat! loved all the room to spread out! i've never slept on such a firm mattress in my life. be sure to pack your own wine opener and extra paper towels, dish soap and trash bags. we left extra for the next guest :) the dollar general is really close by! we've rented several houses in the community and love the neighborhood vibes!

It was good and everything was comfortable. We had plenty of room. The only thing wrong with it was that it must have of not been used for awhile because the basement bathroom had spiders in it and the golf cart was covered in spider webs.

Very nice home!

This home was exceptionally clean, had a very well stocked kitchen and was in a great neighbor hood. We had 6 adults and 3 children, plus 4 more that came for Thanksgiving dinner; two of which spent the night. It would be nice to have a bigger table but we managed just fine. The only suggestion I would have is to add more seating space in the living room. The furniture we had was all very nice and very comfortable.

Girlfriend Reunion

This charming home offered ten “old” girlfriends all the comforts of home and more. Plenty of sleeping areas/beds, baths, an updated kitchen, large great room and plenty of room to share meals and conversation. The screened in porch was our favorite place to gather, listen to birds and enjoy each other’s company. The owner provided excellent service in answering our questions and providing a simple check-in and out process. We plan to rent this property again and highly recommend it to others looking for a quiet, beautiful setting.
