Relax with the family at this beautiful home located in a peaceful neighborhood and walking distance to the Pier, center of town including restaurants, Palace Playland, and mini golf. Enjoy the fireworks and also catch a glimpse of the water from the front porch and Master Bedroom. For those cold nights we offer an indoor gas fireplace. Backyard offers a grill and patio w/a firepit to enjoy those cool nights with family and friends. Driveway offers 3 spots for off street parking.

Amazing proximity and quality!

This property was very well maintained and had all the amenities we needed for 3 adults and 2 children. It is right next to Old Orchard St! It was also surprisingly inexpensive compared to all the other options in the area.

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this property! The location was absolutely perfect for enjoying the beach and pier. Everything looked just as it did in the photos. The house had room to sleep 7 adults, which worked well for our group, but it could likely accommodate 8 if you brought an air mattress.The host, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had an amazing time here.

Perfect Beach Getaway

I spent the weekend here with some friends. It’s my second year in a row at this property. It’s private, clean, comfortable, and the perfect distance to all the fun Old Orchard Beach activities. I would stay here again.

Great accommodation and location

The property was perfect. It was a clean and spacious house that included a private backyard with a firepit. The location was excellent with a short walk to the pier. The instructions were clear and painless. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was amazing. Short few minute walk to the pier and all the shops. It was good for what it was intended for which was a place to sleep and eat and be close to the ocean.

Great location, very spacious house, quiet neighborhood, clean.

Came to area for a wedding, great bonus to spend with my children and spouses. Cooking in kitchen was roomy snd big table in dining room. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was a plus.

Beach House in Old Orchard Beach

The house had everything we needed, and was a short walk from the pier and beach at Old Orchard Beach. We had wonderful weather and all (ages 11-74) had a great time. The house is not fancy, and the yard wasn't well cared for, but it was all we needed!

Great beach house in walking distance to everything!

My family and I had a great time staying for three nights in this house. My two kids (age 5 and 8) loved that they could watch movies from their beds on the smart TV. This house is in the perfect location in waking distance to everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet which was great. Host was great and helpful with questions and anything else we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Oob getaway

My wife and I were very pleased with this rental. The house was tidy and absolutely spotless. Rooms were spacious and had a lot of amenities. We felt right at home at this welcoming property. The owner Sonia was readily available to contact if we needed anything.

Emplacement super!

C'est notre 2e visite dans ce logement. Nous réservons principalement pour l'emplacement à proximité de la plage, de la rue principale et des attractions. La maison est suffisamment grande pour 2 familles de 4 personnes mais les enfants doivent dormir sur un matelas de camp pliable et sur le matelas sous le lit double. Petit bémol pour le confort des lits. Sinon, nous avons assez de serviettes de bain pour tous. Nous apprécions avoir accès à une laveuse-sécheuse. Le séjour revient très dispendieux mais...nous nous disons que nous sommes près de la plage et que les enfants y sont très heureux!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants et chacun pouvait dormir dans un lit. L’endroit est très très propre et sentait bon. La maison est très bien située (à une minute de marche de la rue principale et environ 7 min de marche de la plage). Le point fort de cette location était la rapidité de réponse de l’hôte à chacun de mes messages! Je vous la recommande sans aucun doute si vous voulez passer un bon séjour à old orchard !! :)
