Windsor Hills va vous impressionner! Il est le plus récent meilleur communauté, plus agréable à Kissimmee! Les équipements sont tout simplement génial pour les enfants et les adultes. Ils comprennent une piscine gigantesque, avec entrée de la plage, un jacuzzi, un toboggan aquatique, aire de jeux chute d'eau d'un enfant ainsi qu'une aire de jeux du château sur le thème ne trouve nulle part ailleurs. Le club a un théâtre surround state-of-the-art qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 58. La large sélection de favoris des films peuvent être réservés par des clients pour montrer à tout moment. Il dispose également d'un centre de remise en forme superbe ainsi que des tables de billard et de ping-pong pour votre plaisir. Il est, pour votre commodité, un magasin de divers bien garnie offrant des snacks, sodas, épicerie, natation et articles de cadeau. Les heures de fonctionnement quotidiennes clubhouse traversent 22:00.

La communauté est fermée avec 24 heures de sécurité. Il est magnifiquement aménagé.

Le confort de ce impeccablement propre 3 chambres, 2 unité de bain (plus de 1300 pieds carrés) ne peut pas être dépassé par un hébergement en hôtel. La suite principale dispose d'un lit king-size avec sa salle de bains privative. La 2ème chambre a un lit king-size et la 3ème chambre a deux lits jumeaux, les deux partageant une deuxième salle de bains très spacieuse. Les deux salles de bains ont un sèche-cheveux muraux attachés et pommes de douche à main. Il y a une télévision et un ventilateur de plafond dans chaque chambre à coucher et salon. La télévision dans le salon dispose d'un haut-lecteur DVD / magnétoscope; ceux dans les deux rois ont un DVD intégré; l'une des 2 jumeaux possède un magnétoscope intégré. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des appareils en mode plein écran, y compris réfrigérateur, cuisinière, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, et tout l'équipement pour la cuisine pour la famille si vous le désirez. Il y a aussi une zone d'utilité dans l'unité avec la marque nouvelle laveuse / sécheuse.

L'unité est au premier étage de sorte que vous ne devez pas vous embêter avec des ascenseurs et il est à quelques pas du club-house. Vous pouvez vous promener au club-house à l'arrière du bâtiment sans traverser aucune rue (très sûr pour les enfants).

Les taux offerts sont 30-40% en dessous de prix de location d'agents comparables. Les économies de la commission ont été transmis à vous !!!

It was great! This was my family's second time renting the property. It's our first choice. Being on the first level is ideal for my mom, and it is extremely close to the clubhouse.

Windsor Hills Is Wonderful!

Such a perfectly beautiful place to stay. Our place was beautiful and inviting. The property had everything a family could want (pool, water slide, convenient store, arcade, theater) and it was extremely close to Disney as well as other family fun places!

Owner communication was excellent. She was also incredibly attentive taking care of a small issue we had on first day. This unit is the perfect distance from the amazing pool/clubhouse area, a very short walk and just out of earshot of the pool noise!

Perfect!

This was our first time using Vrbo, but it won’t be our last. Our place was perfect - extremely clean and roomy, close (but not too close) to the pool and water park, and near Disney and some terrific shopping and eating places. Our granddaughters can’t wait to come back!

Larger than I anticipated, and very clean. Beautiful grounds with security. Everything we needed for our disney trip, the two pack and plays and high chairs were PERFECT for my twin daughters. Con: I wish I could have stayed longer ☺ A+ HOST !

Great stay

The condo was in a nice community with a great pool and water play area. The host was very responsive and accommodating to get an air conditioner issue figured out and adjusted (my biggest need is to be cool!), and we had great stay. She also granted us a late checkout the last day without additional cost. The condo is less than 15 minutes from the Disney parks and about 25 minutes from Universal. We would happily stay here again!

We truly enjoyed staying at this Windsor Hills property. The location was amazing. We were on the first floor; quick and easy access when trying to maneuver through the Florida heat and rain. It was also in the best spot; walkable to the clubhouse and pool, but far enough away as to not be annoyed by foot traffic. The inside of the condo was as described. It was spacious and clean, with all the necessities provided. The hosts were also wonderful; very welcoming and responsive. We would definitely book again.

Exceeded Expectations

Hubby, myself, daughter, her hubby, and their 19 month son enjoyed a wonderful stay in this condo...Margie was easy to work with and answered any questions we had during the week. While it helped to have fabulous warm weather in February, the area at Windsor Hills provided activities we could participate in if we had enough time. We look forward to staying in this condo in the future.

Property was great but didnt sleep much cause you heard kids above us running around all night and seems like whenever someone closed a door in the complex it was so loud.I wont be staying there again.

Great Unit

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was our second tie in Windsor Hills. The first floor access was convenient, and it is close to pool and clubhouse. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We had one issue with dead batteries in the TV remotes, but our host was very responsive to our messages and took care of the issue right away. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the neighborhood is that traffic was slow every night on 192. I think that is more of an Orlando issue than anything about this unit. Overall though, it is still very close and convenient to Disney, and only took us 20-30 minutes to get back and forth to Universal as well.

As advertised and satisfied!

We have stayed at Windsor Hills before so knew what to expect of the complex but were happy to stay at a second great unit. Unit was clean and had what we needed. Ample space. We used the twin beds to unpack our suitcases on so can’t speak to mattresses but the other two beds were comfy. Location was a minute walk from the pool. Ground level unit which was so handy for lugging suitcases, groceries and children and those times you need to run out to the vehicle to grab something. Owner was great at communication. The laundry detergent was missing when we arrived - we messaged and it was delivered by the time we were home from our afternoon out. Windsor Hills is a fabulous complex. Not only does the complex have a pool, water park, water slides and hot tub, it’s a short drive to a Walmart for all your necessities and a great distance from the parks. Only suggestion would be to have a few extra hand soap bars. Would stay at this unit again in a heartbeat.

Great location and pool!!

We recently visited from April 12-18th. We were incredibly pleased with the location! It is only a few minutes away from Walmart which we utilized for grocery pickup. It is about 20-30 min from all the major parks which we found to be wonderful! We visited Universal Studios and Sea World during our stay. The outside pool area was great! Plenty of room to swim! The pool area was packed on several days and we still found there to be ample space to swim as a family. The place has everything you could need for a weeks vacation! We were very impressed with all of the extras that it had. We prepared several meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed and more. We utilized the washer and dryer which was also great. The only thing we found to be of concern was the the cleanliness of the tile/wood floors throughout and the television in the living room. Everyone’s white socks were black at the end of the day from walking around. I also wiped up some food spills from my young child, and my rag was black every time. As for the living room tv- some directions on how to navigate the TIVO would have been great. The tv would randomly turn on at night, and the tv talking back to you with every click became annoying over time. Other than this, the space was plenty big for a family of 4! We had a wonderful time, and thank you for allowing us rent your place.

Wonderful community, close to Disney

We loved our stay at Windsor Hills. It's a gated community with an awesome pool, splash pad, water slides, and hot tub. There are no extra resort fees. We loved our spacious first floor condo. It was very clean and in good repair. The beds were very comfortable. There was a pullout couch bed and an additional twin size bed and plenty of towels and bedding to go around. The community is about 15 minutes from Disney, and about 3 minutes from a Walmart. The manager was easy to communicate with and even arranged for us to check in early when we arrived. There were a few problems with the toilets towards the end of our stay that the manager took care of right away. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Great vacation spot

Wonderful condo with plenty of room for a family. Great location and easy access to everything 5 to 10 minutes to disney parks, 20 to 30 to sea world and universal, 1 hour to tampa, kennedy space center, daytona and cocoa beach. Owner was very responsive to emails and had good communication throughout trip. Would definitely book with her again

Best resort in the Orlando area by far!

My family of 6 stayed here for our Florida vacation and we loved every moment! We were only a short distance from the Disney parks. When we weren't at the parks we enjoyed the incredible amenities that the resort offered, like the HUGE pool! Our kids especially loved the little splash pad and water slides! The owners were extremely helpful with helping us prepare for our week long stay!! This was our first family vacation and can honestly say everything went so smoothly! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Florida! We highly recommend anyone planning a disney vacation to stay here! It is by far a much better value than staying on disney property!

It is a great place to relax and spend quality time with your family and friends. It has high-end amenities such as the 58 seat private theater that you can reserve without cost. The ambience is easy-going and friendly.
