If a quiet, intimate setting is what you’re after, simply step across the threshold of Shore Break. This quiet, two-bedroom guest apartment has private access from the main house and a short 40 foot walk to the stairs to the beach.

Staying here is perfect as both a private getaway or as supplementary lodgings should the main house not be large enough.

The two bedrooms are on either side of the updated bathroom with one having a queen bed and the other a full. This is ideal for a family with two small children or two couples.

Great Place & Location

Excellent place to come and stay for a few days. Directly next to the beach at a popular surfing spot. The property could use a few more amenities to make the stay better, but overall a great place to book for your vacation.

Great stay!

We stayed here for SB. Just steps out to the beach and walking distance to the downtown Melbourne beach. The market, and a few restaurants, surf shop all right there! The beach wasn’t crowded at all..it was perfect if you enjoy low key this is the place! We would love to come back.

Loved the location.

Cute little place on the beach and within walkable distance to a market with a great deli and beer and wine selection. The bed was comfortable. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and promptly addressed a couple minor issues we had.

Old Florida Charm

This place is so cute. There is nothing fancy about this place that makes you feel comfortable. It's an older tiny garage condo oozing of that Old Florida Charm I remember as a kid. The location is fantastic and you are just steps from the water. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Amazing Little Beach House

This property was exactly what I was looking for. It was the perfect location to play on the beach, which is literally steps away. No busy road to cross. A well stocked market is walkable with an amazing wine selection, a delicious deli, and pizza. Restaurants are also within walking distance. This rental was cozy, so cute, very comfortable and spotless. Everything worked well. The owner was very helpful and friendly. I travel often and I have to say this experience from beginning to end was A+++. Can't wait to go back.

Great location

Great location and beautiful beach. Home was equipped with pretty much all that was needed for stay. I love that some items were left behind from previous vacationers such as salt/pepper, cooking oils, toilet paper, as with some previous VRBO stays, we have had to purchase all essentials. Noise from road takes a little getting used to in the early morning, but you can't beat the location. Bikes would be a great addition, as there is so much of the area to explore. Neighborhood specialty grocery store is within walking distance and has everything you need, and then some, at reasonable prices. Nothing high end here, but if you are going for quaint and clean with steps to the beach, this is it!
