Ce fabuleux lotissement de luxe récemment rénové et décoré par des professionnels est un paradis pour les vacances en famille ou la plage pour les résidents d'hiver! Cette unité vient de sortir d'un magazine Coastal Living. Profitez d'un cadre chic à quelques pas de l'une des meilleures plages de la région. Regardez le lever du soleil et écoutez la pause surf dans la suite parentale magnifiquement aménagée au deuxième étage avec un balcon et des sièges pour profiter de la vue imprenable. Créez un délicieux repas dans la cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Cette retraite en bord de mer dispose de 2 grandes chambres et salles de bains supplémentaires toutes décorées avec des meubles et des draps haut de gamme. Le Beach Shack a 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes. Nous avons des serviettes de plage, des chaises de plage, des parasols et des jouets de plage.

Luxe et tranquillité sur l'une des meilleures plages du centre de la Floride, idéalement située pour les magasins, restaurants et activités de plein air. Le Kennedy Space Center est à environ 40 minutes. À environ une heure et demie d'Orlando et des attractions (Disney World, Sea World, Universal). Sebastian Inlet n'est qu'à une courte distance en voiture au sud le long de la pittoresque A1A.

Everything stands out with The Beach Shack! From the quick communication with Dean, to the ease of checking in and out, The Beach Shack is the place to stay. The bedrooms are comfy, cozy, and spacious. The view from the balcony is amazing. There are TV’s in every room, and the kitchen has everything a cook would need. I think this is the third time we have stayed here and we have never been disappointed. Thank you Dean!

Dean the host is great! We stayed Thurs Dec 18- Tuesday Dec 23! House was well stocked ! Beds comfy and pretty linens! The only issue was the batteries in front door lock were low and had trouble unlock the door . We put new batteries in the front door lock and worked great! Lots of beach toys for the kids !

Great Family Stay

The Beach Shack was the perfect place to relax and enjoy beachside living while visiting close family in the area. The unit was clean and updated and big enough to have family spend a few days with us enjoying the views. Working with Dean the owner was very easy throughout the reservation process and stay.

We grew up in Florida: my wife, Patricia in Port Charlotte and I, Dean in Ft. Lauderdale. We both lived in Gainesville, Go Gators! Lived in Boca Raton for 12 years and had our 2 children there. We moved here to Melbourne Beach in 2012 because I have been surfing these beaches for more than 30 years and always loved what the area offers for our family!

Location Location Location! We drive by this property everyday and always have been intrigued by its unique beach shack look, tucked away in a quiet corner of Indialantic by the Sea. Inside, it is fantastically updated and the view is priceless. We always wanted a place on the water and this was our opportunity to invest in a beachfront property to share with guest, for us and for our family when they come to visit!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves as you sip your coffee on the master balcony, viewing the spectacular ocean sunrises! Perfectly located on a quiet private beach, yet you can take a stroll (half-a-mile) to the boardwalk the heart of the small town called Indialantic by the Sea. The boardwalk area has: restaurants, Starbucks, Wendy's, Jersey Mike's, boutique shops, CVS pharmacy, surf shops, rent bicycles, surfboards, paddle boards and much more! The Beach Shack is ideally located in Brevard County between the cruise ships in Port Canaveral to the north and beautiful south beaches of Sebastian Inlet State Park. If all systems are GO, you could witness a Kennedy Space center rocket launch from your patio or balcony!
Situated on the barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon with nature abound, it's easy to spot pelicans flying overhead, dolphins, and sometimes manatees! Depending on the time of year, connect with one of mother natures unique events during turtle nesting season, March thru October. The beaches here are one of few in the world that have three species of turtles lay their eggs at night and early morning hours, then the hatchlings emerge to start their life journey. The loggerhead, the huge leatherback and the green turtles have been using these beaches for millions of years, it is a very special event to witness but never touch or disturb them with lights. These turtles are protected by law and by the locals.
The small sleepy towns of Melbourne Beach (a mile a way) and Indialantic hold many events: art shows to Founder's Day! There is plenty to do if you want. If you like fishing you can get your gear at nearby Black Dog bait shop and try your luck surf fishing, off the pier in the Indian River or local boat charters. If you like golf there is nearby Spessard Holland or Aquarina Country Club.
