The Space:

Enjoy a prime slope-side sanctuary with loads of extras at Powder Run at Deer Valley! This first-floor condo includes a gas fireplace, ski locker, cozy wood interiors, and a big balcony. Your location directly next to Deer Valley Mountain Resort will quickly get you on the mountain. The complimentary shuttle lets you enjoy access to the other resorts in the Park City Area. Powder Run condos are the closest to Snow Park Lodge without being ski-in/out. Discover a plethora of dining and shopping a mile and a half away in downtown Park City.



Enjoy a flickering fire in the open-concept living room. Take in woodland views through floor-to-ceiling windows and relax on comfortable furnishings while watching a movie on the 65-inch smart 4K TV. Whip up hearty home-cooked meals in the modern and well-appointed kitchen. This chic, open space includes a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an island bar with seating, and an adjacent dining room.



The primary suite is furnished with a 50-inch TV. The en suite bathroom has dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a comfy queen bed and a twin-over-double bunk bed. The room includes a 40-inch TV and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer.



Enjoy the mountain air on a spacious balcony. Fire up the gas grill or unwind with a cup of coffee on a patio set with seating. Soak in the six-seat private hot tub while taking in lovely mountain ski run views.



You may also use Deer Valley’s complimentary overnight ski storage, so there’s no need to transport skis daily.

Great location

We have stayed at 2 other locations on the mountain and this was by far the best and most convenient. The walk to ski school was doable even with two kids. It fit our families perfectly. Thank you for a wonderful place to rest!

The location is incredible for anyone looking to stay right at Deer Valley or near Park City, and the unit was extremely well kept with ample room for 4+ people. Hard to imagine a better place to stay for a trip to Deer Valley/PC

Extremely Convenient

These rental is extremely close to the St. Regis, Snow Park Lodge and an easy Uber ride into town. The location can't be beat. Furthermore it's clean, spacious and exactly as pictured. The hot tub worked well and we encountered no issues at all.

Luxury winter wonderland

Just steps away from Deer valley snow lodge lifts and runs! Very comfortable and picturesque condo. Has all the amenities and a lovely fireplace. The hot tub was a perfect way to end the day after skiing. We loved it her so much we already booked our stay over NYE!

Can’t say enough good about this condo. Walkable to the slopes, easy access when we arrived, and spotless when we checked in. Everything in the unit worked and it was very well stocked. Would absolutely recommend this to any families headed to Deer Valley.

Great location and house

The house was exactly as pictured and in a great location close to the bus stop and only a few minutes from the bottom of Deer Valley ski hill. Check in was easy and amenities provided. The wifi wasn’t working and the fireplace had to be repaired the next day, but overall it was a great stay and would stay here again.

Great place, close to the slopes

We have stayed at this condo several times in the summer, fall and winter. It is very clean and comfortable with plenty of space to accommodate seven people. The kitchen has up to date appliances. Beds were very comfortable and the view from the hot tub was awesome. Accessibility to the mountain for skiing, hiking and biking was very convenient. We utilized the shuttles for trips downtown daily. I would highly recommend staying here!

Fabulous Fall GetAway

We return to this condo every few years and it is always a wonderful experience. We are able to golf and hike in the beauty of the autumn colors. Returning to the spa and comfortable condo makes all the activities easier. The trolly stop is very close to the condo, which makes it quite convenient to go downtown for shopping and eating. The amenities are excellent and the owners make sure that we have all the information needed for our stay. Would recommend this condo and look forward to our next visit.

Deer Valley Condo

We stayed at this condo for 6 days on our first family ski trip. The location was ideal. It is right next to Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge and super easy to just walk over each day. The condo itself is a very spacious 2 bedroom. The kitchen and living room area were large and well stocked/furnished. Everything was very clean and tidy. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again!
