Enjoy Paradise Lakes Clothing Optional Community in this 1st floor studio. Newly remodeled and upgraded Queen Murphy bed unit. Kick your feet up and relax. Cook a full meal if you desire in the Kitchenette. This Unit can be combined with unit M4S or M5 for multiple guests. Optional Sunken 5x5 soaking bathtub available as well. Set yourself free in this clothing optional community with optional access to resort clubhouse/pool (not included).
If unavailable, guest agrees to accept a stay in suite N5S M4S and M5 which are nearly identical and listed on VRBO.

Well located

The condo is well located and clean. We had good communication with Chris and the space was sufficient (we enjoyed the outdoors, and the different activities in the area, so we didn't spend lots of time in the unit). We had a very good experience.

Paradise Lakes

Overall we had a great stay. The room was clean and the little bar fridge actually held a weeks worth of food which helped on shopping all the time. The BBQ worked great. Wasn't the best bed but it worked. The hosts are very nice and are willing to help with any problems.

We enjoy Paradise Lakes and to have a nice place to lay our heads at night is a plus. It was a very easy process and the unit is clean.

Couple of issues

We have two issues with this property. First the AC system is shared with the unit next door. They must have been from Africa or the Middle East because they wanted it HOT! We called the property manager several times but nothing changed. This type of arrangement should be noted on the description. Second, there is a soaker tub that can be accessed from both units. The individuals in the other unit can easily come through into your room.

Last minute get away

Husband and I made this last minute get away. The place was cozy. We enjoyed our coffee each morning at a nearby lake/pier. Easy walk to the Paradise Resort. Great for snow birds!

Perfect Studio for 2

We lucked out with a last minute rental at Paradise Lakes and found this perfect studio! Recently remodeled with everything a full sized room could also have. We even cooked breakfast every morning and had coffee on the terrace. Clean, functional, reasonably priced and included quality amenities. The owner was on top of communications and very pleasant to work with. The property manager was nearby and answered any questions we had as well. We highly recommend this property and look forward to working with this owner again.

Great place to stay

This was a nice bedroom suite with amenities if you needed them. The place is like new and has the scent of a new home. Loved the shower and the private patio with bbq. It has been redone very nicely . The walk to the resort part is great and good exercise . Golf carts are available for rental by host if you so choose .

We enjoyed our stay!

Property was clean and cozy. Chris and Lacey were great host. They were available for any questions and provided good instructions for checkin and checkout. The only thing is I’d wished the walls weren’t so thin. You can hear everyone in the units above you and next to you. Someone had kids and it was unpleasant hearing them screaming and running around early in the morning. Overall, we liked the place. Everyone was very friendly and the property was remodeled nicely.
