That is very helpful feedback, and we will definitely look into adding proper signage to help prevent that from happening again. We also sincerely apologize about the smoke coming from the neighboring apartment. As mentioned before, we do have a strict no-smoking policy, and unfortunately we recently had an issue with a guest who violated that rule. It has already been reported and addressed. We completely understand how uncomfortable that must have been, especially with the smell coming through. We truly appreciate your honest and constructive feedback.
