Relaxing condo on the lake

This is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful lake! There are many restaurants and shopping areas to enjoy. We loved staying at the Lazy Bear Lodge.

Fishing Trip

We stayed here for the annual St Germain Musky Tournament. Everything worked out great - very comfortable and convenient! Highly recommended for a fishing trip.

Lakeside Retreat

Ideal location for this lakeside two BR condo. Close to everything in Saint Germain. Would not hesitate to book again on our next visit to the Northwoods of WI.

Great place!

Very clean and well kept condo! Location is fantastic, very central location on Little St. Germain Lake. Hosts were responsive to questions. The fire pit on the property is awesome..:out on the tip of the peninsula. Would absolutely stay there again.

Exceeded expectations

For many years we stayed at the Black Bear lodge homes and had high expectations going in which were exceeded. The interior upgrades, decorating, and cleanliness provided a warm, inviting environment that led to a wonderful stay. We greatly appreciated the opportunity to stay at this lodge home and look forward to future stays.

Snowmobile trip

The property was excellent, loved the location and the unit. There were 3 of us, but we could have had several more and it still would have been comfortable, plenty of room and amenities in the unit. Right off the lake and trails, perfect for snowmobiling. Great view of the lake, would also be nice for a summer trip.

Ice Fishing Getaway

We inititally booked as a snowmobile weekend; however, mother nature did not cooperate. We decided to keep the booking in an effort to help support the struggling local economy and we are so glad we did! The condo is wonderful and the location right on the lake is incredible for outdoor enthusiasts.

Exceeded Expectations! Perfect Lakefront Getaway

Our recent short visit to Eagle River was absolutely fantastic, and this property truly exceeded our expectations as a family! It was a great place for our family, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay.The location on the lake was incredible, offering beautiful views and easy access for enjoying the water. We also loved how conveniently located it was, with just a short ride to both Eagle River and Minocqua, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.From the moment we arrived, it was clear that everything was meticulously clean. We greatly appreciated the owner's responsiveness to any questions we had, which made our stay even smoother. The special touches truly stood out – having ample cookware made preparing meals a breeze, and the thoughtful suggestions on places to eat and visit helped us make the most of our time.We visit Eagle River every year around this time, and we can confidently say we will be back to this wonderful property!

Kayaking the headwaters

We chose this location because it was central to a couple of paddles that we wanted to do on the Wisconsin River. We were not disappointed. We were able to do a short "warm up" paddle on the lake the day we arrived. In spite of some rain near the conclusion of our first river trip, we had a great time! The accommodations were excellent for our needs; making breakfast in the morning and relaxing after a day on the water. Very clean and everything worked! A great stay all around.

Great place to stay for snowmobiling

Location and unit exactly as advertised. Unit was perfectly equipped and a great view of the lake. The pricing is very competitive and exceeded our expectations. Scott and Melissa were super timely with their communications. They are well organized. The home guide in the unit tells you all you need to know. Highly recommend. We will stay there again!

Family Ice Fishing Trip

The first thing I’ll say is that the property owners communication with me was excellent through the entire process. They were prompt, thorough, and friendly. The condo is clean and comfortable. This was an annual ice fishing trip I take with my wife and daughters. We’ve stayed at this location multiple times through the years under previous ownership and continue to come back. I’m glad that these folks took ownership of this condo and I plan to come back in the future.

Just Right

The condo was extremely clean and the kitchen well-stocked. The beds were more than acceptable although we'd hope for a King mattress when it's time to replace the Queen. There was no ambient noise from the adjoining condos and that's not often the case. The beach towels were and unexpected perk. We would happily recommend this listing to family and friends.

We have been coming to the St. Germain area of the Northwoods for the last 25+ years. After this many years of enjoying the area we decided to purchase a place on the lake to enjoy ourselves and allow others to share in the fun as well.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The views of Little St. Germain Lake from the living/dining area are amazing. The sunrises are a must see. There are 2 shared firepit areas located on a peninsula. There are also 2 shared beaches to enjoy in the summer months. You can bring your boat and put it in on the private boat landing and dock at the dedicated boat dock right outside the door.
