We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was exactly as listed—clean, in great condition, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, and the space was roomy and comfortable for our family.The location is excellent. It’s less than a mile to the Three Bears Grocery, Convenience Store, and Hardware, and about a mile to the Santa Claus House. Restaurants are nearby (burgers, Thai food, and tacos within 5 minutes), and walking to downtown is easy with several parks along the way. North Pole is very walkable overall, with sidewalks and trails throughout. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant.Our host was wonderful—very responsive, communicative, and easy to work with. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area.

Property was clean and organized. Beds are comfortable and kitchen was well supplied. Once closets, and baseboards are finished it will be very functional for longer stays. We are older so the stairs were a bit difficult to take luggage up and down. Would stay again.

The only complaint that I have is that the unit is upstairs and the downstairs tenant complained about the noise of us walking around. We came for a vacation so it was a damper to know we had to tiptoe around everywhere

I liked this property because it was very clean and had all the common necessities including coffee and tea. It is located near shopping, dining and specially it was very closed to Santa Clause House in the North Pole. Our stay was great and the place safe. Great place to stay.

Lovely apartment, nicely decorated and very well stocked. All necessary kitchen appliances/utensils. Plenty of linens and toiletries which was very nice. Loved the extra touches with the snacks and local attractions/visitor information brochures. Host was great and easy to contact, provided useful information. I would highly recommend.

My stay

This is a very nice apartment in and quiet neighborhood not too far away from Fairbanks. It was very clean and spacious with lots of nice amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

To include a little more, I’m a single mother of 3 amazing young sons, one with special needs. By offering my home to you, this allows me to maintain an occupation that is flexible and for my Children. This opportunity, I can focus on my full time occupation and love, being a mother.

Deep cleaning, New health and safety protocols and procedures are followed with every cleaning. To include, safe and top rated cleaning products and supplies.

Also, we offer a great deal of cleaning supplies and extra toiletries to keep you worry free and comfortable during your stay.

After the unit has been deep cleaned. The property is disinfected and sanitized through out and all common areas.
