The property is equipped with electronic key pad door locks. Your code will be sent to you the morning of your check-in. Additionally, a property information booklet will be included with your door code. This booklet contains all the relevant property information, like wifi network names & password as well as house rules and check out procedures. The Neighborhood:
The property is located on Lake Lyndon Baines Johnson (Lake LBJ). Lake LBJ is surrounded by the beautiful Texas Hill Country hills (including legendary Packsaddle Mountain) and embraced by the Llano River and Colorado River arms of constant-level Lake LBJ.

Located in the Kingsland area, this provides easy access to some of the most attractive sites in the Texas Hill Country.

There are three popular state parks within easy driving distance:
Inks Lake State Park; Longhorn Cavern State Park; and Enchanted Rock State Natural Area

The famous “Slab” on the Llano River is one of the area’s favorite swimming holes, and Kingsland Community Park provides public access to the lake.

Getting Around:
A car is required to get around while in the area. There are private transportation services which can be arranged, if required. Please contact the guest experience team if you would be interested in transportation services

- A completed Rental Agreement and Check-In form are required to complete the reservation. Access will not be granted before both forms are completed.
