A perfect place for friends/ family to spend time and relax..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time on vacation, and our experiences in two different houses have been great. The house is very clean and we really appreciate having a lot of kitchen utensils and stuff because we love to cook. We love the place so quiet and peaceful, and one of our favorite place to hangout is the deck by the water. We love to spend time drinking coffee and grilling while listening good music . This would not be our last stay here because we’re planning to book again next yeat with our family/friends .❤️❤️

Excellent location on the lake. Mostly updated home that is adequately stocked. Kitchen and appliances in need of updates. Nice boat dock. Outside grounds and yard in need of attention.

Wonderful Time in The Hill Country

Beautiful property

we loved the property. We did have a problem with the AC leaking into the upstairs room but they were quick to have someone come fix it. The only problem i had was the steps. I am handicapped and the only entrances had steps. I knew about the steps but the main entrance didn't have a handrail so I had to enter through the screen porch.

From the moment you step in the door you're captivated by the view from all of the windows. The kitchen was fully equipped and the air conditioner was cool. Upstairs was another escape. Our son and his wife stayed upstairs and loved it. We didn't want to leave. You won't regret staying here.

The house is well equipped with linens and utensils in the kitchen. Boat dock is excellent. The air conditioning system is very poorly balanced. It is freezing in the back bedrooms and 5 to 10 degrees warmer in the side facing the lake. There were roaches present. While common for lake side property it was obvious that pest control was not in place. Whoever set up the TV, configured it so it was confusing and needlessly difficult to use. Some of the toilet seats were uncomfortably loose and moved around too much. Some of the inside furniture could be fresher. FYI, see below... I am from Lakeway not Dripping Springs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We highly recommend this vacation rental. We've stayed here numerous times. The bathrooms were recently remodeled and they are gorgeous. The company and the owner are very responsive if there is a problem or a question. We had an issue with the TV cable through no fault of their own and they made it right and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy during our stay. You will love this house and the beautiful views of the water. Buddies in Kingsland is great for chicken and breakfast. Angels pizza place was quick and had salads and other options. Of course, we love Storm's drive in located in Burnet.

Fantastic Family Find

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Riverside House on the upper Colorado was the perfect place for an end-of-summer family get together. Ten of us fit perfectly in the house with sleeping and bathroom areas. The dining area also had space for everyone to eat together and play games around the table. The kitchen had more than enough supplies .Sun room and porch provided other areas to read and relax. We spent most of our time on the lake and deck. Jumping off the upper deck was great fun for the kids and floating in the cool river allowed parents to relax and supervise at same time. Rentals from Log Country Cove added to the fun.

Just Ok for the price!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property at 102 Riverside was large, as described on the website and did have room for a large group as stated. And the lake view was lovely and probably the best part of the property! The beds were comfortable and we were able to have a good nights rest.Otherwise, we were disappointed in the upkeep of the house and it definitely needs updating and renovating! The carpets were worn and bathroom showers were dark and uninviting. The lighting in the rooms was not good and many lamps needed lightbulbs and there were none available. A closet in one bedroom smelled musty. We saw several roaches in the home. Overall , this property was way overpriced and not in the best of neighborhoods!

20th ‘64 Girl weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are six left from our high school group and we gather annually to get together. This year we hit the payload with a stay at Riverside ahold Lake House on the Colorado River. This two story house was beautiful, comfortable, well stocked, comfort beds, and a wonderful kitchen where I made breakfast every morning. We loved visiting on the screened in porch, in the sunroom, as well as in the living room. But we also loved being on the dock whether under the top deck or on top of the deck. It was the perfect venue and conducive to catching up after missing out the last three years because of Covid quarantine. We all felt so grateful to have such a wonderful place to gather and hope to return next year. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff who had to let me in due to the lockbox wouldn’t cooperate. Then that sweet girl helped me carry in my bags, and a ton of food and waffle maker and electric skillet. But, I didn’t need all the stuff I brought because it was already in the house. We all fell in love with this house. We all gave it 5 stars on cleanliness, well stocked, beautiful, comfortable, customer service. We ate out one meal at the River City Restaurant in Marble Falls by the lake and everyone raves about their food.

The people at the check in were very nice and informative since we had never been there before. It was very clean and well kept and our grandkids had a ball. We didn’t have a boat but that was no problem. We played at the dock on this house and we went to the area with the water amenities couple of times. Overall this is a great place to rest, relax and enjoy the water.
