There is a full dining room table & chairs, a small kitchen table with chairs in addition to 2 barstools at the island.

Huge living area with 86" Smart TV in FR on one end and office/sitting area on the other. An office sits in between the 3 bedrooms with access to the MBA, and is set up with a king size daybed with regular memory foam K mattress. Plenty of space in common areas to set up the folding bed (single), air mattress (Full) or pull out chair (single). Small fenced in dog run (please clean up your dog's poops) with plenty of space for your dog to roam on the (unfenced) property.

Lots of parking with a front circular drive and another driveway to the rear of the house.

** NOTE: This property is 3 bedrooms, but has a private office that can be used for sleeping, just note that there is no egress (door or window to the outside) in this space, although it does have doors to adjoining MBA with a window, and door to the rest of the house. There is also plenty of space in the house to set up the other air mattress, or use the chair that opens up to a single bed. Even the MBR is large enough for another mattress. There are 4 beds with "regular" high quality mattresses (2 King, 2 Queens) and a daybed with 2 twin mattrresses. I just want to be transparent and make sure you are comfortable about the layout prior to booking the property.

Please do not move any furniture around. If you move any chairs, please return them to where you found them.

Prior to leaving.....
1) Set thermostat at 78 in summer, 66 in winter.
2) Place all trash bags in the 2 trash cans outside the laundry room door. Excess bags should be left in the laundry room as animals will tear into them if left outside.
3) Please inform me of any breakage of kitchenware, furniture, etc, or any stains, tears, etc of linens, furniture, carpets, etc.
4) Run the dishwasher and put all dishes used back into the cabinets.
5) Make sure all lights are off, stove/oven is off and ice maker is in off position. 6) Please make sure all doors to the house are locked prior to leaving.
