Wonderful stay we came to town for christmas with family everything was great. we even went swimming on Christmas Owner was very responsive. Next time we come to town this will be our pick.

The kids really enjoyed the game room and pool. The adults had plenty of room to visit and eat. The kitchen was just the right size to cook in. We could still be part of the conversation while cooking because of the open concept. The only thing we had trouble with was the pool vacuum wasn't working so we had to clean the pool out ourselves and the king bed frame in the master bedroom wasn't very sturdy. We had a very good time visiting with family that live in Ocala. Plenty of seating for everyone. Would definitely stay there again and recommend for anyone else to enjoy a stay there.

We were excited to spend the weekend relaxing by the pool but our plans quickly changed when we arrived. First impression of the house when we pulled up - very run down with the landscaping in disrepair, mailbox beaten up, and the front window covered in something which made most panes impossible to see through. The interior overall was ok but you can tell it was a "quick flip" with cheap upgrades. The countertop was burned and peeling off, subpar paint job, and uncomfortable mattresses in the 2 rooms by the bathroom. On the first night we had to buy more toilet paper because between the 2 bathrooms there wasn't even a full roll. The patio itself was the worst part with most of the screens ripped so we were not protected by bugs at night. The outside was run down and did not look like the pictures at all! The pool and deck are in desperate need of remodeling. There was a pool filter laying in the yard along with random pool cleaning tools and sports equipment. The chairs stacked on the side of the house were all ripped and unusable except one. Overall the house was not like the pictures and although the neighborhood was quiet, transaction was smooth, and kitchen had ample supplies, we would not stay here again. With some TLC this home has great potential!

Did not stay

We had this place rented in Florida. We went to check it out before we checked in. It was disgusting. I can’t even start to describe the shape this place was in. We had to fight to get our money back, but we did then we were scrambling to find somewhere to stay
if you’re expecting this place to be perfect. You will not find it here. There’s mold everywhere inside the house and outside the house. The master bedroom windows are open about 2 inches and cannot be closed. That room was like 95 This house has definitely not been kept up. I would love to attach some pictures, but there’s nowhere to do that. Don’t be fooled by the pictures online.

Exactly as pictured

The house was clean & well organized. We didn’t get to use the pool, but the robot vacuum started cleaning the bottom when I was getting leaves off the top. We were there for a music festival & it was close (Florida Horse Farm) & easy to navigate. I reached out once during our stay & got a response very quickly. I couldn’t figure out the tv in the master bedroom, but I was tired & really just needed to go to sleep anyway .

Nice home, nicely renovated inside, enjoyed game room i think the only 2 complaints were the cooking vent was a little low and easy to hit head on and the rooms were a little cold, heavier blankets or space heaters would have been nice. We found as long as you left doors open they were warm

Family vacation

My family stayed for a short vacation and the house was comfortable with everything we could need. I would definitely stay again. Communication was answered quickly and the property was as decribed.

Landscaping

Inside was great. Kitchen bar counter very unstable. If lean on it think it might fall off. Lawn over grown when did come to mow on last day of stay never mowed back yard where pool is. This part of lawn had definitely not been mowed in weeks. For the money landscaping should be top notch

Family of 4 weekend

Home was very clean and nicely renovated. Photos listed are a very good representation of the property. Kids enjoyed rec room - pool table and games. We ordered pizza from local restaurant to be delivered. I am a very light sleeper neighborhood was quite at night. All of the necessary pots/pans/dishes in kitchen that you would need. This was a great option for our family as we normally get two connecting rooms at the hotel this give us a lot of extra room and comforts of home. Would recommend.

This house is absolutely gorgeous! It was the perfect temperature and the beds were incredibly comfortable! The pool was amazing and the game room was perfect! We had a great time. I hope to come back soon.
