Palm Desert Home with Mountain VIEWS on GOLF COURSE!


Our spacious condominium is 2,000+ SF and is an end-unit, single level, and is located on hole One South of the Monterey Country Club! Monterey is a beautiful neighborhood with fantastic neighbors, great pools, and a nice clubhouse! There are 37 pools and spas throughout the neighborhood, and our views of the mountains and course are second to none!

Palm Desert is in the sweet spot between Palm Springs and LaQuinta. It's a stone's throw away from the fabulous restaurants and shopping in the El Paseo shopping district, great hiking, GOLF, casinos, the ACRISURE ARENA and grocery stores such as Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Bristol Farms.

Our home has a clean, minimalist/ transitional style and has been updated (new vinyl plank flooring and paint). It's fully furnished, including linens, and the beds are super comfy. Two of the bedrooms have organic/ non-toxic mattresses for those of you who may be concerned about that sort of thing.

The patio has been expanded and has a fire-pit, sectional couch seating, two chaise lounges and a dining table. The KitchenAid built in BBQ is a fun addition for those who enjoy grilling it up!

There are beach cruiser bikes available for your use, as well as floats for the pool! Dual zone HVAC, WiFi, iron/ steamer, pool towels, coffee maker, tea kettle, plenty of high quality cook and bakeware! We think you'll like it here as much as we do :)

Memorial Day Getaway

Great location on the golf course. The condo is user friendly with a well supplied kitchen. The pool is very close. All was clean with fresh linens. We have stayed here before and were happy too return.

This is a beautiful home in a fabulous community so close to everything we want to do when we are in Palm Desert. Great Desert Getaway

Beautiful

Great location and fabulous scenery

The condo/house was nicely appointed and clean. Lots of room to spead out, tv was great with all the hockey games. Pools were close by and never busy. Peter was great at communicating and set everything up gate pass house information etc. Would definitely stay there again!

Everything we hoped for!

My sister and I had such a wonderful time at your property and you made everything easy with your clear instructions. We loved our breakfasts on the patio overlooking the golf course, followed by outings during the day (the location is convenient to so many local wonders). We also cruised to pools in the golf cart. I can be picky about cleanliness and was delighted at how spotless and comfortable everything was in the home. One of my best VRBO experiences ever!

Amazing Palm Desert Stay!!!

This was my first VRBO experience and it did not disappoint! The home is tucked away in a private country club community and the views of the golf course off the back patio are stunning to say the least. The house was clean and had all the amenities you’d need during your stay. Communication with the hosts was easy and quite frankly, a pleasure. Incredibly kind people who are letting us enjoy their vacation home while not in use. A true gem of a find!

Great condo

My friends and I rented this property for 3 nights and could not have been happier. I’ve rented condos many times around the country and I have to say that this one was the best. The location was good, furniture was comfortable, the layout was perfect and the condo had everything we could possibly want/need for a long weekend. We didn’t take advantage of the many pools, but we did use the kitchen to make all of our meals with the exception of the dinner we grilled on the beautiful patio overlooking the golf course. All in all it was a great find that I would recommend for a family or friends get away.

Clean and well stocked...Including bicycles.

I would stay here again, in spades. Kitchen had it all! Very clean and quiet location. This patio is west facing however and afternoon sun was intense first day. Fortunately there were retractable awnings to help mitigate that. One was electric remote, the other a hand crank job that required a call to the host for instruction. Which he so kindly provided. The bikes were great, because if a pool were occupied, we would just pedal to the next, and next. Yep, we require our own private Palm Desert ...and got it here. John & Christine

Palm Desert Vacation

Thank you for an excellent stay! Peter’s home was clean, well appointed throughout, very comfortable, and a great location in a wonderful gated community with excellent maintenance. Overall it felt like a perfect spot to stay. I hope to book again soon.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Monterey Country Club is a great place to stay. You can walk or bike throughout the neighborhood, and there are numerous pools to enjoy as well. It is just a few minutes drive to excellent shopping and restaurants of downtown Palm Desert, and is an EASY Uber ride/drive to Palm Springs or Laquinta, if you want to venture out of Palm Desert. It's also close to great hiking and the Living Desert Zoo, which is a MUST SEE if you love to see animals in an environment that is un-zoo like! There are also several art galleries here, and Trader Joe's/ Bristol Farms/ Whole Foods very close by. The home is clean and nice, and it has truly AMAZING views of the mountains and golf course.

Palm Desert is situated perfectly between Palm Springs and La Quinta, so you can hit the golf tournaments and Polo Fields one way, or head to the clubs and restaurants of down town Palm Springs the other way!
