Modern townhome situated in the popular Ballard neighborhood full of trendy restaurants, indie shops, craft breweries, bars, and music venues. This house is a 5 minute walk to everything that Ballard has to offer, 3 minute walk to the grocery, and a short drive to Seattle Center, SLU, and downtown Seattle.
This well-appointed space features 2 bedrooms (Queen and Full), 2 bathrooms, a private outdoor space, and all the amenities you would expect in a luxury hotel room.

Quiet hours start at 10 PM. Our neighbors are wonderful people and we want them to continue to like us and you. Any fees incurred from noise

Please donât do it - this house is strictly non-smoking. If youâre looking to take advantage of Seattleâs liberal marijuana laws, there are plenty of edible options available to you at various local shops. We could charge you up to $1500 in cleaning fees afterwards for any smoke present in the house. This is not fun for you, us or our future guests who might have to inhale smoke.

There are security cameras at the entrance and perimeter of house. There are no cameras inside the house.
[Portable Air Conditioning]
We provide portable ACs that are connected to windows for hot summer days.
[Reusable Items]
We provide reusable shopping bags, coasters for drinks, etc. If any of these items is taken from house we will need to charge for them. We assess for this after every stay.
