The Cliffs and Streams Cabin is the perfect mountain cabin to spend time with family. The cabin is so inviting and has everything we needed for our stay. The hosts are amazing and had great communication throughout our stay. We can’t wait for our next visit.

The perfect property, location and hosts. Pinon Property was responsive to our questions and needs and made sure we had the best time. Special gifts, informative notes and little touches made this even more memorable at Cliffs & Stream. We can’t wait to stay here again and hope to visit other properties of theirs as well.

Family Vacation
Stayed a week with our adult children. Beautiful comfortable home with plenty of room for us all. Great proximity to Mt Princeton hot springs, and good centralized location for our ski days!

Wonderfully equipped, perfectly located
We loved our time at the property. It would be terrific for families. Lots of games and videos to watch. Beautiful outdoor and indoor spaces. You instantly feel right at home from the moment you walk in the door.

Fantastic Mountain Getaway!
We loved this property and will return! Rustic charm, on the river, great for kids, fireplace (with wood) and super close to the hot springs as well as BV and Salida. All around perfect mountain getaway!

Clean, beautiful, and thoughtful property
This home had everything. We loved our time here. It was such a a beautiful location. The property was exceptionally clean. The host was also very helpful when we requested an early check-in due to a work emergency.

Nice cabin in the woods
Very cozy cabin in the woods with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Kitchen has everything you need to cook wonderful meals. Proximity to Mt. Princeton Hot Springs is nice as well.

Great vacation spot
We loved our stay at Cliffs and Streams. It was super clean and spacious and just overall a great experience. The only issue was spotty WiFi which has more to do with the location than anything. Highly recommend.

Great location and layout!
Home is well-appointed, comfortable, and easy to find. Great view of the river! Easy access to hot springs, Salida, and Buena Vista.
Would have like at least one king-sized bed and be able to bring the dog, but our time spent there worked perfectly.

Epic getaway
This property was just amazing, from the beautiful wooded setting and river views to the log cabin complete with fireplace, decks and walkout with outdoor fireplace.Without a doubt I’ll be back! Did I forget to mention it’s within a few minutes drive the Mt. Princeton resort?
