L'emplacement de la Villa, légèrement sur-élevée au dessus de sa propre plage privée, vous donnera le sentiment d'être sur un bateau! Sans les aspects négatifs (pas de mal de mer!)
Villa contemporaine et lumineuse, grand confort, sur plage privée, avec le sentiment d’être dans une maison sur pilotis. Située dans la Réserve Naturelle de Cul-de-sac, la maison et sa grande terrasse surplombent la mer calme de la baie et îlots vous faisant face : Petite Clef et Pinel.
Des kayaks sont à votre disposition pour partir en excursion dans la baie et sur les deux îlots.
Vous pouvez aussi partir faire du snorkeling ou simplement nager depuis la plage de la villa.

Si vous prenez votre voiture alors vous trouverez :
Le village de Grand-Case : la capitale gastronomique de l’île : gastronomie locale, française et internationale.
Le Village d’Orient-Bay avec sa longue plage, ses activités sur la mer, ses nombreux restaurants.

La villa se compose de 3 chambres doubles avec air-conditionné, 3 salles de bain (2 lits king + 2 twins : les 2 twins peuvent se rapprocher pour former un lit double supplémentaire en cas de besoin).
Chaque chambre a une vue mer!

Un barbecue se trouve à votre disposition.

This villa is phenominal from the floorpan to the fully stocked kitchen every detail has been meticulously planned. It is a quiet retreat from everyday stressors from the moment you wake up to the beautiful view to evenings on the porch overlooking the ocean. Melissa and Kevin were our local hosts/contact POCs and they were very responsive and considerate especially since our arrival was delayed by two days by the airspace shutdown on January 3. When we finally arrived the night of January 5, Kevin met us to provide an overview of the villa and amenities. We also found a chilled bottle of wine, a few beers and soft drinks along with snacks.The kayaks were a big hit with the family especially since you can kayak to Pinel Island and enjoy fresh lobster and drinks on the beach.If you are considering this property I highly recommend it.

What a beautiful villa! We felt lucky that we chose such a great location on Orient Bay. We enjoyed the pool, hanging out on our private beach, kayaking to Pinel Island - sharing dinner/drinks on the property. Our hosts - shout out to Kevin - always responded if we had questions. Beautiful island - it was the perfect get-away! We hope to return!

We had an incredible stay for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, our hosts were thoughtful, attentive, and quick to respond to anything we needed. Their care truly elevated the experience and allowed us to make the most of our time on the island.The villa itself was perfect. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt completely safe and private. Every detail was considered. The space had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and luxurious vacation, and then some. We loved how comfortable and well equipped it was, which made it so easy to settle in and enjoy every moment. You are in close proximity (10 minute drive) to several incredible beaches and restaurants and the opportunity to kayak across to Pinel Island really pushed the experience over the edge for us.This was the ideal place to celebrate such a special occasion. We would (and intend to!) return in a heartbeat and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an exceptional getaway. Thank you Melissa, Kevin, and Nina!

Ahh-mazing!

We had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we booked, Nina has been nothing but perfection! From meeting us at our villa, to recommendations, to emergency dentist appointments and everything in between, by far the best! The villa perfect! It was exactly and I mean exactly like the photos and descriptions! The views perfect! The kayaking and snorkeling to Pinel Island was fantastic! Grand Case beach club had great lunch and beach! I highly recommend the villa and will definitely be back!! Thank you Nina!! A picture of “Bob” our wonderful visitor while we were there.

Beautiful Villa

Beautiful Villa as described, great location with the Best view. Thank you for sharing this beautiful Villa. We had a great trip, easy to get to groceries & restaurants. The view was amazing and we kayaked every day. Highly recommend making reservations at Pinel Island for lunch. Communication with staff was excellent. Every Restaurant we dined at was delicious and consistent. We also did a full Day with Captain Jo to Anguilla and it was amazing with such a friendly crew and the best Pina Colada’s:)

We had an amazing stay at the Villa. The property is beautiful, comfortable, and private. We selected it for our anniversary, and it did not disappoint. The views are stunning, and we spent a lot of time exploring the bay on kayaks, stopping at Pinel for lunch/cocktails. The villa is fully equipped for cooking. We enjoyed our meals on the patio overlooking the water. The communication with Melissa was excellent; she made numerous recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. She was so helpful and kind! We would not hesitate to return.

Everything about this property was exceptional! Location, beautiful villa, cleanliness and the wonderful management team Nina, Kevin & Melissa! Great Island Stay

The property is amazing — just as described! Would 100% stay again. Next time though, we would skip the concierge service, as we thought it was too expensive for what we received. Overall, the property, cleanliness, and proximity to island adventures were perfect!

Nous adorons les Antilles, nous adorons St-Martin ! Nous sommes arrivés et nous sommes installés à St Barth sur un catamaran en 1986 puis avons voyagé dans toutes les îles des Caraïbes.
St-Martin est notre préférée : l’île est magnifique, dynamique et multi-culturelle.
Il y a 10 ans, nous nous sommes installés dans cet exceptionnel sanctuaire qu’est Cul-de-Sac.

Notre fille Nina est maintenant la Manager et Concierge de nos Villas.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

L’emplacement unique de notre Villa lui concède un incroyable sentiment d’être sur un bateau, ou encore dans une maison sur pilotis.
Elle est située dans un ancien hotel de luxe, par la suite vendu en villas séparées.
La proximité immédiate avec l’océan, son emplacement au beau milieu de la Réserve Naturelle, sont les atouts, entre autres, rendent Villa Cala Mar extraordinaire.
