This cozy modern farmhouse is conveniently situated in Rapid City's desirable Westside location. We intend for you to have a comfortable quality experience while staying in this newly renovated home. We have a modern fully-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, farmhouse sink, coffee bar, pantry, and cabinets with large pullout drawers for extra storage. The house includes WIFI, TV, board games and cards as well as a few toys for children to play with.

We are walking distance to the top rated Meadow Brook Elementary School and Meadowbrook Golf Course. Easy access to hiking, biking, and fishing with beautiful Canyon Lake park only a mile away. If you're adventurous and love the outdoors this spot is perfect to ride your bike and find some trails at Chuck Lien family park or Founders park where you can soak in lovely views of the city.

If you're looking to fill your appetite we're a short drive or bike ride to Marco's Pizza, Culver's, Qdoba, Jimmy John's or BWW to name a few. Otherwise stock up at Safeway or Family Fare which is about a mile away to cook those home cooked meals. This family friendly quiet neighborhood invites you to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee or tea on the front porch. In the afternoon's you can enjoy a relaxing time in the large backyard while you sit on the back patio and soak in the sun or enjoy an outdoor fire or BBQ.
