Doté de 4 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains, cette maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes confortablement! La maison est meublée avec goût avec un décor insulaire et offre un salon spacieux pour tous les invités. Cette maison comprend trois étages. Le premier étage comprend l'entrée de la maison, du garage et d'une chambre, située derrière le garage à côté de la piscine. Le deuxième étage comprend deux chambres spacieuses, un salon, un coin repas et une cuisine. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour répondre aux besoins de cuisson de nos clients! Le troisième étage se compose d'une chambre principale ouverte surdimensionnée.

La cour arrière de cette maison est un paradis tropical offrant une piscine privée et un bain à remous. C'est l'endroit parfait pour se détendre pendant les vacances!

123 E. Georgia Ruth est située à moins d'un demi-pâté de maisons de la plage, offrant aux clients un accès facile aux plages de sable blanc de South Padre Island!

The beach house was just as described. Super clean and spacious. It looked like it had recent renovations done to it which made it seem like a newly built place. We will definitely come back!!!!

The house is conveniently located near the beach and offers plenty of space for a large group. The highlight was the large, well-maintained pool, which was easily our favorite feature.Unfortunately, working through the management company rather than directly with the owner required significant extra time and effort. Booking, check-in, checkout, and getting questions answered were all more difficult than expected. Although our four in-person interactions were pleasant, communication by text was consistently frustrating.We contacted management 24 hours before arrival to confirm the grill had propane and were assured the tank was full. When we were ready to cook, it was empty, and we had to wait about an hour for a replacement. Also, the checkout instructions said to place trash in the bin at the front of the house, but the bin was missing. It took multiple texts before management believed us.The home also appeared older than the photos suggested. There were very few plastic dishes for use by the pool, the kitchen knives were dull, and having only two showers was limiting for a large group.Overall, the house was comfortable, spacious, and well located, and we enjoyed the pool. However, considering the management issues, condition of the property, and lack of some basic conveniences, we did not feel it offered good value for the price.

Perfect place for a family

Good!!

Overall, it was a good stay, house was decently clean, plenty of space! Beach was a couple minute walk and with easy access. Would definitely recommend for family gatherings and vacations!

The house was lovely. I do recommend cleaning or throwing iron in master bedroom. It was staining clothes with orange stains. I would also recommend putting trash bags in the kitchen. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend.

Very beautiful home!

The house was huge and very lovely, had everything i needed in the kitchen which was awesome. The only thing was the master suite restroom sink was clogged. Other than that overall stay was great! Will be staying here again!

Perfect for Large Family

We enjoyed our time at the house on Georgia Ruth We didn’t quite realize the downstairs room was detached from the rest of the house, and off of the garage - but it did not stop us from enjoying the property. The space was perfect for our party of 10 (all adults). Access to the beach was super easy and quick.

Great time and communication

Check in was easy, communication through the stay was exceptional. There were some inconveniences', but SPI took care of them right away. Leo was responsive and followed up to ensure the fixes were done as expected. This made the stay much less stressful and enjoyable. Would stay through SPI again.

Perfect location and great fit for our family

The house was a great fit for our family. If you are looking at this location please be mindful that the room with the bunks is NOT actually inside the house. It is a bottom floor room between the garage and the outdoor patio. The location is perfectly located as we were able to walk to the beach. There is a small grocery store at the end of the block for any essentials.
