Golfers Hole in One - on the golf course in Lakeway Austin Tx

Located between the 12th green, and the 13th tee on the Live Oak Golf course in Lakeway, My place is close to 2 additional golf courses as well as public waterfront parks, Lakeway Marina, and Lakeway country club and great views. You’ll love my place because of the outdoor space, the light, and the neighborhood. My place is good for business travelers and families (with kids). Relax by the pool or rent a pontoon boat and enjoy beautiful Lake Travis.
The space
Tv's in every bedroom as well as in the main living room. Comfortable furniture as well as high quality beds and mattresses for an incredibly restful sleep. Pool just steps out the front door, and comfortable patio furniture on the outside patio as well as the upstairs balconies overlooking the golf course. Plenty of room for everyone as all 2500 sq ft of this "SMART" home are yours! (There is a small owners closet between the upstairs bathrooms)
Guest access
You will have access to everything except the owners closet! Includes use of Kenmore efficient front loading washer and dryer!!

Due to Covid we don't interact in person, unless absolutely necessary. If there is a need for me to come by, please make sure that everyone present is wearing a mask for everyone's safety.

**POOL**
There isn’t a pool key. Just reach over the top of the gate & open from the inside. The rules posted at the pool must be followed by our guests.
*Due to Covid, if you choose to use the pool, please practice social distancing & wear masks.
**Living roomTV**
The remote on the mantle is for changing channels, controlling the volume & turning the TV off and on. We get the locally broadcast channels, sorry no cable.
The Dennen remote is [on the left bookcase] & is for using the chromecast mode. When using the chromecast mode & it ia used to control volume.
PLEASE DON’T CHANGE ANY SETTINGS WITH THE DENNEN REMOTE.
**HOUSEKEEPING**
We provide housekeeping before & at the end of your stay.
If you wish to have housekeeping during your stay, Marilyn our housekeeper can be reached by text or phone & you will have to negotiate price and time with her.
We ask that you exercise ordinary care while you are our guests. Please don’t rearrange the furniture or allow the kiddo’s to jump on the beds.
On the day of check out, load the dishwasher and leave all *used* beds unmade. If you pull the sheets off the beds please put them in the hamper.
The trash dumpster is located across the parking lot to the left.
Upon check out, please return the key to the condo to the lock box. There is one extra key in the laundry room on the key rack, if you use it please hang it back up.

**Parking**
There are a total of 2 spaces directly in front of the condo.
