Il dispose de 6 chambres w. 3 chambres de maître, toutes 3 avec lits king, bains privés, télévision à écran plat, coin salon. Disponible pour les séances photo et les événements médiatiques.

HEBERGEMENT: Six chambres: trois suites parentales avec. vues sur le lac ont des lits king size, des lits superposés et des bains privés. Deux chambres d'hôtes - 1 w. 2 ensembles de lits superposés jumeaux et 1 double et 1 w. 1 ensemble de lits superposés et 1 lit simple. Quatre salles de bain complètes et une demi-salle de bain complètent les équipements. Planches à pagaie et kayaks avec la location ainsi que des vélos

A l'étage MSTR Bdrm: lit king-size. A une vue magnifique sur le lac depuis les baies vitrées donnant sur l'eau. Un ventilateur de plafond, une commode, des tables d'appoint, un bureau et une télévision à écran plat complètent cette pièce. Il y a aussi un ensemble de lits superposés et un lit jumeau.

En bas MSTR Bdrm: lit king size, lits superposés et tables d'appoint, cette chambre a été conçue pour votre confort avec salle de bain privée.

1er étage Master Bdrm: lit king size, télévision à écran plat, chaise longue. Salle de bain complète juste à l'extérieur de la chambre.

Misleading Listing – Property Uninhabitable Upon ArrivalWe had a very disappointing experience with this property and would strongly caution others before booking.Upon arrival on 3/18/26, the home was in a condition that was completely inconsistent with the listing. The interior was dirty and showed clear signs of neglect, with damaged and unclean furnishings throughout. More concerning, the exterior amenities were unsafe and unusable—the pool appeared unchlorinated, outdoor furniture was moldy, and the grill was in poor condition.Traveling with children, we did not feel the property was safe or sanitary to occupy and were unable to stay at all. We documented the condition immediately and shared photos with the property manager that same day.This listing was presented as a “five-star luxury vacation rental,” but the actual condition fell far short of that standard. Based on our experience, this felt like a significant misrepresentation of the property.We are currently seeking a resolution.

Had a good stay at the house. Very spacious and lots of games and things to do. The placement on the lake and available gear (kayaks, paddle boards) was special. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. The walk down to the dock requires using stairs and if the lake is low, you might have to walk down a bit of slope that has no steps yet. It would’ve been nice to have a bit more flexibility on check in and check out times.

Great Lake House Location

This is a great house for a large group, especially with kids. Plenty of space amongst the three floors for the 12 of us. The 6 kids had plenty of entertainment options from the theater room to the pool table to ping pong. The best part of the house is definitely the lake dock and all of the water toys they provide. We spent most of the day in kayaks, on paddle boards, and floating in the lake. The walk down to the lake from the house is a little precarious, a slow and steady approach is required. The pool is also great and provides some great views. The house itself is older and somewhat rundown, but it felt clean and was well stocked with all the essentials. The host is also very responsive before and during your stay.

Great House with all the amenities

Nice house with all of the amenities. You won’t be bored here. Boat dock, movie theater, and pool were some of our favorites. Great location on the lake too! Only slight critique would be I wish the hot tub was already preheated and a little easier to use.

Magical Vacation

Our family came from many parts of the US to watch the eclipse. This property was a value-added experience. With the pool/hot in, game tables, movie theater, kitchen/dining spaces and enormous bedrooms….there was fun and relaxing spaces for all. The clouds even parted for a magical viewing of the eclipse from the dock. The hosts were great communicators and made the experience easy. Book your next trip to Austin right here!

The property is definitely older. The stairs could be an issue for some. Lots of levels inside and out. The house was very convenient to the venue that we were at so that worked out well. Manager was very responsive.

Perfect getaway house for a large group

Stayed here with 10 friends and the house had everything we could have needed: -Kayaks and SUP boards down at dock -Pool and hot tub overlooking the lake -Movie room we all hung out in at night -More games in the garage as well The host was also very responsive to any questions throughout the entire trip which made it a breeze staying there. If you do want to get out of the house for a bit, there’s a brewery nearby with pickle ball that we were able to check out. Highly recommend finding a good group and renting this for a few days. Couldn’t have asked for a better house, location or host!

Loved this house!!

This house provided a wonderful get away weekend for our family. We had 7 adults and 7 children and it was great. The house is well appointed without being so "done" that you are afraid to take your eyes off the grandkids. All 7 of our grandkids are under the age of ten and there was something for everyone...they loved the theater and caught lots of fish from the boat dock as well as having an afternoon swim in the lake. The kitchen is well equipped and the view superb! We hope to come back again soon!

Great Location - Access to Everything

We had two families stay with teenagers and some of their friends. Plenty of room for everyone. We had fun hanging out playing games and going down to the dock and paddle boarding, kayaking and using the paddle boats. We rented a boat from lake way marina that was very nice - It was right down the road and easy access. Loved some of the local restaurants and particularly recommend Hops and Thyme - the fried cornbread was amazing! We came In from Houston - the drive was easy and we stopped in Austin for lunch and then scootered all over town, it was a great diversion in these Covid times. I would recommend staying in this home for multiple Families with teenagers.

The kitchen of the home among many other attributes require a lot of work. The age of some of the aspects of the home and the quality of the remodel are not apparent in the photos. Jared was overall an okay guest. He failed to mention any of these issues during the stay so we are led to believe he was trying to extort us for a refund is all we can come up with. Unfortunately you can’t please everyone but we certainly try! Thanks for staying!

Awesome!

This is a beautiful house and the pictures online are exactly what it looks like, even down to the decor. Beautiful views and lots to do. We enjoyed the media room, infinity pool, game room, everything! The a/c worked great and both refrigerators seemed new. Plenty of towels and all the serving dishes and appliances you would need. They even have an Insta-Pot. We will definitely stay here again. There is a spiral staircase in the house to get to all the floors and it is a trek down to the boat pier so if you have any walking/climbing disabilities, this house may not be for you.

Great Getaway for all the Family!

We had an amazing family vacation here! Fun for everyone in our group from 3-59 years old. It was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies/essentials, dish soap, dishwasher soap, etc. The owners had a shelf in the pantry to share with guests; never seen that at any other VRBO. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lots of towels and wash cloths. It did lack body wash which was not a problem since we brought it. The beds were very clean and very comfortable. We brought our boat and left it at the spacious dock with no problem where we enjoyed paddle boats and paddle boards. Lakeway Marina is a close boat ride for rentals/supplies and Pete’s floating restaurant was a 2 minute boat ride, from the house, where we enjoyed food and drinks and feeding the fish. Grocery stores/shopping are also a close car driving distance. The house is older and could use some paint on the outside but it was very clean and it didn’t stop us from enjoying everything from the pool, fire pit, hot tub, games, movie room, kitchen, living room, balcony’s (with beautiful views and sunsets), barbecue area, etc. Communication was great during our whole stay and questions were answered quickly along with being checked on throughout our stay. We will definitely be back.

The property is not the weak link

Our family has fun wherever we go. This home helped us to have another great time. Nice swimming pool, expansive lake-view windows, pool table, media room, bedrooms for all, nice dock with "boats" and fishing. The local man in charge was at a tennis lesson and sent an assistant who told us some wrong information especially about pool care. We were to check in at 2:30. The 2 cleaning ladies were there until after 6 p.m. The problems we had with the home had more to do with the local person who takes care of the house. He obviously had not thoroughly checked the home for problems. A major problem was a major leak in the pool. We had to add water twice every day. Pull and connect the hose, etc. He said someone would be out to fix it. Never came. A large glass window above the family room was terribly cracked and held together with scotch tape. A bird flying into it would have brought it down upon us. He was saving that job for August. Many blinds did not work or are broken. Sheets were torn. I sent the head person in Houston a "short" list of 12 things wrong with the property to give her an idea of the lack of care. She apparently had no idea of the problems. I communicated with her to get anything accomplished. But, other than that....

Broken Fridge, Poor Kitchen Supplies, No Wine glasses, Lamps not working

My husband and I own a rental property, so we know what it takes to make guests comfortable. This property is lacking in so many ways! The fridge was broken. It leaked water all over the floor. A man came to repair it, but the next day it still leaked water all over the floor and we put down a towel to absorb the water. The fridge was way to cold and all of our fresh produce was ruined because became frozen. The freezer only had one small shelf. There was no place to put our food in the freezer. We had 12 people at the house. There was only 2 small dish towels and no dish cloth. The lamps in the bedrooms don't work because there's not outlet to plug the into. The kitchen had very little dishware. There was only one large serving bowl. This place is huge and made for large groups. Why can't the owner supply some large serving dishes, bowls and platters? Also, there wasn't one piece of tupperware to store food. There were only 2 stem wine glasses. Really?? There was not a 9 x 13 pan or an 8 x 8 pan. The knives were very dull and old. The towels were old and dingy. There wasn't even a hook or towel bar in the bathrooms to hang up towels. The pool was dirty when we arrived and the property manager said the pool man would come the following day, and he did come the next morning. The large trash cans next to the garage were over flowing because the previous guests didn't take out the trash. The arcade and pinball machines were not working. Owners- Please buy some new white fluffy towels, stem wine glasses, serving bowls, tupperware or disposable plastic wear, 9 x 13 glass pan, sharp knives, and more dish towels. Most of all please buy a new fridge! The house has a pretty view, but I would not stay there again unless they fixed all the issues.

We had a new refrigerator in the house as soon as we were able to get it in. When things are broken or not working or if we are not informed it is hard for us to know. Our house manager is on call during the stay of our guests and we appreciate the communication so that we have an opportunity to to fix any issues. We have a check list but it is difficult to know if some items are not working or missing unless anyone lets us know. We have replaced the stove, refrigerator and a few other items including the ones you listed. We apologize for any inconveniences it may have caused you and we would love to have you back to enjoy the house.

Run Down Property - Broken

This property deserves an honest review. PLEASE READ. This place doesn’t seem like it used to be. Most of the games and features of this listing were unusable. We felt cheated with all the photos that were advertised. The foosball table was missing men. The air hockey table was broken. The pinball machine did not work. There was no stick hockey game, nor a keyboard, nor basketball hoop to be found. The billiards table only had two cues with beat up ends and no chalk. The bikes all had flat tires and did not look usable. The dock had two peddle boats covered in sludge, rust, and feces. The kayaks looked usable but we didn't feel like cleaning the spider webs and dust to get them down. The "theater" was a big letdown - they didn't have the proper cables to connect the receiver to the TV, and therefore we could not have sound nor connect other devices to the TV. Open those cabinets if you dare. Not a big deal, but only one of the theater recliners actually reclined. One of the most disturbing factors of this home was the plumbing and air ducts. Black mold surrounded the furnace air filter system, along with mouse feces and dead cockroaches. Think about that while you breath in that air. The exposed plumbing leaks were simply "duct-taped". I wish VRBO would let you upload photos for reviews. The house was stocked with most kitchen cooking essentials. However, we had no propane to grill with, no extra garbage bags, and we quickly ran out of toilet paper. The grill by the pool was rusted and very dirty (I'd be shocked if it worked). We finally found the extra towels on the third day, soaking wet and still in the washing machine. The pool was heated to a perfect temp, and the tank for the hot tub worked well. However the pool clearly has not had a good clean in a while and there were even drops of blood around the pool area. There was no check-in or check-out process through the VRBO app and the manager insisted on using personal texting for communications. The property manager was very kind and responsive, however, clearly has no idea the shape of this listing. Don't get me wrong, the view on Lake Travis is amazing. But without some VERY simple fixes here and there, it's not worth the price tag. I seriously encourage the owners to spend a couple weeks at this location, live in it, see what needs fixing, and update the photos.

Therefore, it is our utmost priority to attend to the concerns you mentioned in the review. Normal breakage due to wear and tear does happen, especially during our busiest season. Unfortunately, breakages often go unreported. We wish you had given us a chance to make it right during your stay. Unfortunately, we were not aware of your dissatisfaction until your review. Our on-site property coordinator could have addressed them immediately. Furthermore, we surveyed our property after receiving this review. We did not find any severe issues you mentioned in the review, such as black mold surrounding the air filter, mouse feces, and cockroaches. The arcade games were unplugged to save energy. The theater chairs were working and reclining as they should. The TVs and equipment were operating correctly, with all the proper connections and wires. Naturally, Texas Hill Country’s breezy weather is the culprit for the pool due to falling leaves. We could have had the opportunity to send in our clean crew during your stay if we had known that the pool was not to your satisfaction. The BBQ grills were always cleaned after every guest. One issue we addressed right away was replacing the dryer, which was not working properly. We use text to communicate because we want to be readily available to our guests, even during after-hours. This review is the perfect example of the importance of communication. If we had known your frustration, we could have had a chance to solve all of the issues you alluded to. We take your feedback seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to address them while you are staying with us!

Beautiful lakefront property getaway

The house and location are just perfect. All was found to be as described in listing. It truly comfortably sleeps the number of people in listing. The house was in great condition with a view that was amazing. There are windows on three sides of the house affording s panoramic view of Lake Travis. Even though houses were on either side you never knew it due to great landscaping. We were there with our three children and 5 little grandchildren. The house had everything we needed. The pool afforded so much fun for young and old. The theater room was amazing. So many opportunities for playing games on lower level.. All equipment was in good working order. The amount of linens provided was more than adequate as were shower supplies. The only critique is the condition of the boat dock. It has a lot of sway to iit. Wondering how securely it is attached. But nice water toys down there. The garage also has some fun games in there. Older but great for some outside fun. The garage floor is tiled and pretty clean. It is lighted and has floor fans and a refrigerator! I unreservedly recommend this property and will return again.

Our large private boat dock is equipped with paddle boats and paddle boards. It is a great spot to enjoy fishing, stand-up paddle boarding or a picnic by the water. It also has plenty of space for meditation and Yoga. In addition, there are two entertainment and gaming spaces, one on the first floor of the main house, the other in the garage.

It has best location on Lake Travis where the water is the deepest that the drought does not affect water sports.
