The Space:

Tucked into the heart of South Beach Marina, this first-floor end unit villa puts you right where the action is — and just as close to the quiet. Step outside your private patio and you're 200 yards from the marina, with the beach just across the street. Sea Pines stretches out in every direction, offering miles of trails, open water, and the kind of slow-down pace that makes Hilton Head Island feel like a world apart.

 

Living space

The open floorplan makes the most of every square foot. A spacious living room anchors the unit, with generous seating arranged around a large coffee table — ideal for a family movie night or a long afternoon of cards. New vinyl plank flooring runs throughout, giving the space a fresh, cohesive feel. A private patio extends your living area outdoors, and a dedicated workspace means those who need to stay connected have a quiet spot to do so.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The villa sleeps up to 6 guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a set of twin beds and generous closet space, served by the updated hall bathroom across the corridor. The new sofa in the living room also opens to a queen-size sleeper, giving you flexible options for your group.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen opens directly into the living space, centered around a large island with a breakfast bar that doubles as a casual dining spot. You'll find everything you need to cook from scratch — refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and a full set of cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dining table rounds out the space for sit-down meals. Granite countertops and an updated layout make it as practical as it is inviting.

 

Bathrooms

Both bathrooms have been updated and include a bathtub, hair dryer, hot water, and cleaning products. Towels, bed linens, and essentials are provided. Note that shampoo is not available at this property - plan to bring your own.

 

Laundry & extras

A brand new in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack lighter and stay longer. The villa also includes an iron, hangers, and a smart lock for self check-in - no key pickup required.

 

Location

South Beach Marina is steps from your door, putting waterfront dining, boutique shopping, and water sports right at hand. The Salty Dog Cafe and South Beach Racquet Club are close by. The surrounding 5,000-acre Sea Pines resort includes Harbour Town Links - home to the RBC Heritage tournament - and Hilton Head's candy-striped lighthouse. A 605-acre forest preserve is open for hiking and horseback riding, while dolphin cruises, fishing charters, and kayak trips launch from the marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town.

 

Please note that 1652 Bluff Villas is located in Building 6, 1st Floor, Stairwell A. There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access all floors, including first-floor units.

* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
