Fully Updated Unit Steps to the Gulf with Breathtaking Views

2 Pools are open!!!! Currently there are NO TENNIS COURTS and the community is undergoing maintenance and renovations. Any persons entering this building does so at their own risk. Holds harmless the property owner, rental management, & condo association for any injuries that may occur. Construction is ongoing & fluid. You will hear/see heavy construction equipment, workers present, loud noise, concrete work. Our rates per night are reduced to accommodate this. There will be no additional discounts given.

Owner will be in communications with renter about status updates.

Looking for a peaceful beach getaway with a great view ... look no further. This unit is on the 7th floor of Building #2 with views of the gulf and bay. The bathroom is equipped with a washer/dryer for renters convenience. The kitchen is also fully stocked. Bonita Beach and Tennis Club offers two pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and bocce courts. 3 day minimum rental for this property. The condo is located across the street from Doc's Beach House and a short walk to Coconut Jack's.

Week at Bonita Beach

We had a great week at Bonita Beach. The condo was just as pictured, clean and comfortable. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, towels and a cooler which came in handy since we were right across the street from Doc's Beach House and Bonita Beach, perfect location!

Great stay!!!

Super cute and clean beach condo. Location is great...walking distance to beach and a couple restaurants. Construction was a non issue. Condo is stocked with everything you need. We have already started talking about when we can go back.

Quick trip to Florida

Bed was comfortable, walking distance to a couple restaurants and the beach, good communication with the host. Pools looked ready but they were waiting for final inspection.

Close to the beach!

This was a perfect place to stay for our family of three! It is across the road from the beach, there is a great cafe just steps from the property which serves healthy and delicious breakfasts and lunches, and the host is friendly and accommodating! A plus was the provision of beach gear (bag, towels, chairs, etc.) in the condo for us to use. We didn’t have to worry about packing any of that on the plane! 😊

Broken washer

Stay was good except washer leaked on ground when we attempted to use it laundry was also left in there that was not ours. We tried to contact and send messages to you but no reply we took and sent pictures. We were unable to do laundry so had to wear dirty clothes. Also it was very noisy with all the early construction. I left with my car very dirty from all the construction.

Perfect Location

Spent the week with another couple. Although, the condo is small, it had everything we needed. The location and beach access couldn’t have been better. Even though the condo unit is under construction, the owner was very courteous in keeping us appraised of the situation. She was very responsive and we appreciate that!

Construction began mid-way thru our vacation and will continue for MANY months

It's too bad this is the first review of this property. It could have been a nice week, but construction began (unknown to us) mid-way thru our week's vacation which gave us NO view or use of the balcony, the furniture from balcony had to be brought into the unit (which is VERY small as it is - 500 sq. ft.), and the construction noise was so loud we could not have a conversation, work, watch TV, or make a phone call during the day- so we were forced to move out during the day because we needed to remote work. Of course the owners were "unaware" that construction was beginning, despite the huge project in the complex that began in May '21 and will continue for years. They are "new owners'" but HAVE TO HAVE BEEN aware of this project going on when they purchased it. TV was small and there was VERY little storage for things like luggage, food and beach bags. This unit looks at the tennis courts and if you stretch your neck you'll see the water. Positives: it's a nice tennis/pickle ball community across from a (very crowded) beach, in a beautiful area. The owner was quick to respond to our complaints but needs to make renters aware in advance of construction.
