Just exactly as advertised beautiful view and 5 minutes walk from the beach you have shopping stores like Publix and Walmart 5 minutes drive. We are senior citizens and we wanted to spend 3 days in the beach to relax and enjoy the area . And we did Mr Xavier the host even let us in the apt. before the 3pm check in as we arrived about 2:30 pm Very nice inside and clean with everything you need for your stay. Very nice person and we. Will return Thank you and God bless

This is our 2nd time staying here and plan to come again. The location is perfect! The condo is clean & has all of the necessities. The ceiling fans and shower were upgraded since our last visit so that was a nice surprise. The ability to walk across the street to the beach and Doc’s is so convenient. The office staff at the complex is very nice too. All around great experience and highly recommend.

It was more than a beautiful view! It was breathtaking! Condo had everything we needed and so conveniently located to beach and great restaurants!!!! Loved it, will definately be back!

Our stay was great and had a great view of the gulf and a short walk to the beach. The beach umbrella and chairs were very nice to have as well. Would recommend.

Unit was exactly as described it was clean, well stocked, situated on the top floor with views facing the South shoreline and gulf. Elevators were quick and convenient. Short walk to the beach and it was nice to have a cart with beach chairs and umbrella. If i am ever back in Bonita Springs i would definitely book this condo again.

Stay went good. Was a delay on receiving the room number and door code. Didnt receive it until after we landed. So that was pretty annoying getting a rental car and not knowing what the room number is and if we were going to even get it. Reached out via call, text and vrbo before we left on our flight and just not responded to. Definitely some upgrades needed but for the price those were easy to overlook. Great view, nice bed and shower.

We loved being on the 10th floor and our view of the ocean and beach. It was nice having the beach chairs, beach cart and beach umbrella provided. It was wonderful being so close to the beach.

The view was incredible and it was so nice to have my coffee on a balcony overlooking the Gulf! The room itself could use some updating and renovations, but it had everything we needed. The beach equipment was so nice to have.

Owner since 2009, Listed on vrbo since 2010, love to share my home to other travelers at affordable prices, have met incredible people and many of my guests are return guests every year.

We were not lucky in 2022 when Hurricane Ian hit, barely reopened in March 2024 with many problems and a less than helpful and efficient HOA. As of Apri 02 at least and finally Pools are open. Still the grounds are under reconstruction.
