Ce condo de luxe est situĂ© dans le bĂątiment trois, oĂč le hall principal est situĂ© et Ă  quelques pas du cĂ©lĂšbre restaurant "Doc’s Beach House" sur Barefoot Beach. Ne manquez jamais de choses Ă  faire. Amazing stay with my family on the beach and at the pools! This is our 2nd time staying at the beach and tennis club and we will definitely be back!

Poor communication but great location

We had very poor communication at the beginning once we arrived I was able to get ahold of our host for some questions. We didn’t know the pool was closed til the day of checkin which was a huge bummer (with an infant it would have be nice to know). Luckily the beach was steps away which was a good alternative.

Nice but be wary of Building 3

We had an issue with the 1st place in building 3. Water smelled like a swamp. They quickly moved us to same layout place in building 2. It was very nice. Space was just big enough for a family of 4.

GREAT for beach stay

Rental had a chair cart, gravity chairs, coolers, and beach towels. This made walking across the street to the beach very convenient.It was wonderful to have an icemaker and cold water from the frig.We were sad that the pools were not yet open, but Lisa was very understanding and compensated us for the inconvenience.All the towels were old and should be replaced. Most of the bath towels had the odor of mildew and were not usable at all. We made due with what we were given.

No view. Don't be fooled

I specifically choose this property over options in the center of Naples because of pictures of sunset views from the balcony. Well... not so much. No views. Cheap fittings, odd neighborhood.... great nearby cafe, gorgeous beach across the street. Great beach accoutrements. Won't be back. Wished we were in Naples, with better restaurants.

Amazing location and Super Cute place

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay - you can’t beat this location!! We threw the beach chairs on our backs (although we didn’t need to because there’s a beach gear wagon right in the unit!), grabbed the umbrella and our sunscreen and walked right across the street to the beach. We ate awesome, inexpensive meals at Doc’s Beach House (our favorite beach restaurant/bar) and had two amazing days on the beach. The unit was really comfortable to go “home” to after a long day in the sun and sand. We didn’t use the pools because we were only there for a couple days and wanted to be at the beach, but there was always a good number of people at the pools looking like they were having a good time! We walked across to the beach for the beautiful sunsets each night. All in all great time, amazing location and made great memories. Will definitely be back!

Renters BEWARE!

This property is currently in an extensive state of construction. Host listed 3 pools included in amenities and none of them were available for my stay. This fact, and the mess that the property was in, should have been disclosed to potential guests. I tried to contact the owner through messages and voicemail prior to checkin but was ignored on both. The unit itself was as described and well furnished. The view from the balcony was a construction trailer and portalets and was constant noise from 7 am to 5 pm. It was an unfortunate, expensive vacation that I wouldn’t want to repeat.

Property is vey small and building is extremely old. We got there on Thursday afternoon and the apartment was very dirty. A lot of dust and hair all over the place and there was a dead cockroach in the kitchen. When we opened the sofa bed, tons of pieces of dust and hair came out of the mattress. Was very disgusting. On Saturday we came back from the beach to find another cockroach in the kitchen. The only good thing about this property is the location. The rest is horrible. I don’t recommend and I’m not going back to this property ever again.

Girls weekend

Property manager was great and allowed us to check in right as we landed to accommodate our travel plans. The condo is near everything and steps from the beach pool and bars/restaurants. Great stay.

We're coming back!

Bonita Beach and Tennis is our favorite vacation spot, after two years in a row. The location cannot be better - across the street from a very nice beach, and within walking distance of several great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The owners provided beach towels, beach umbrellas and a beach cooler, PLUS a great beach cart to haul it all!. The unit was clean and comfortable, with no issues for checkin or checkout.

Great location!

This was the second year that we stayed in this condo community. We enjoy the fact that we could walk to the beach and several restaurants. Our condo was very nice with no issues with condition or cleanliness. There is a cart with beach chairs and umbrella that made going to the beach easier. We did have an issue with the keypad on the door and couldn't gain access (on a Saturday night!). We called Lisa and she answered quickly and solved the problem.

Nice tastefully decorated unit

Very tasteful nautical themed decor. Cafe in complex offers great food but has limited hours of operation. Bed was quite comfortable. Lisa was very responsive and provided access info well in advance. View of parking lot was a bit lacking as was the level of TLC in the unit. Missing caulking in shower and around bath fixtures should be repaired. Compact nature of the studio could be a constraint for longer term stays.

Room needs help

Looks good in the pictures, nicely decorated. The room needs some help. Example. Garbage disposal did not work. Sliding glass door did not lock, hard to close and fell off track. AC is inadequate for summer months (ran 24/7 during stay). No dish soap or other necessary cleaning products. Bathroom conuter needs to be replaced. Water is dripping inside bathroom cabinet and partical board cabinet is falling apart.

Beautiful property. Perfect location. Walk to the beach.

This property is hidden away near a subdivision. The rooms are very charming and the property has everything you need for a stay. Hammocks, two pools and plenty of seating. The property is only a few minutes walk to a bar/restaurant as well as a beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Our getaway to Bonita

It was an overall great experience. The location was perfect. The condo was clean, well-equipped, beautifully decorated, and was exactly what we needed. We got to visit the beach everyday, enjoyed great seafood at different local places, and slept like babies! Our host Lisa was through and welcoming. We definitely are planning a return visit soon.

Great Girls Weekend!

Spent a long weekend with a girlfriend and had a wonderful time. Short walk across the street to the beach and spent plenty of time at the pool. It was a bit overcast but still warm and wonderful. The property was well maintained and comfortable.

My wife Lisa and I are happy to share our lovely condo with you. I am a Service Disabled Veteran who served 21 years in the U.S. Marines. I have done 3 combat tours and raised 5 children. I have done a lot of volunteer work for youth and transitioning veterans. Lisa and I will treat you like family. We put a personal touch in our unit and we know you will see it, feel it and tell us about it. We found this Resort by Barefoot Beach during one of our vacations and fell in love with the place. You will too. Come experience the feeling we got from being here. You will be so glad you did.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This is the only property of its kind in Barefoot Beach. Nothing like it comes close. It also strategically located where you can enjoy different views of the Gulf. It is within walking distance, and my that I mean 129 steps from the edge of the Beach and Tennis club (where the condo is located) to the beach. You will love this place so much you will want to move there as soon as possible.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our condo is only 20 minutes from the Ft Myers Airport (RSW). It is approximately 2 hours from Orlando or Tampa or Miami, depending on your preference. It is quiet yet very engaging. It is not as crowed by tourists as Naples or Ft Myers and the people there are so friendly you might think you know them from back home. We came here once and loved it so much we bought this condo we now want to share with you.
