The Space:

Tucked inside the gated Sea Pines Resort community, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath Port Villa townhouse sits along the edge of Braddock Cove - offering waterfront views from the living room and a private dock available for your boat, kayak, or wave runner. South Beach Marina is steps away, the ocean beach is right across the street, and miles of award-winning bike and walking trails wind through one of Hilton Head Island's most celebrated communities.

 

Living space

The light-filled first floor centers on a spacious living and dining area with sweeping views of the inlet. The open-concept layout flows naturally between the living room, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen - making it an easy space to gather after a day on the water or a round on the trails. A dedicated workspace, smart lock entry, and private entrance round out the convenience.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The villa sleeps up to six across three bedrooms. The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and features a king bed with a private en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms - each with two single beds - are located on the first and second floors respectively, with a full bathroom serving each. Five beds total across three comfortable rooms.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is well-stocked and fully equipped for home-cooked meals. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. A dining table seats the group comfortably for meals in.

 

Bathrooms

All three bathrooms are well-appointed with hot water, a hair dryer, and cleaning products. The primary en-suite includes a bathtub.

 

Outdoor

Step out to the private patio or balcony and take in the waterfront view. A BBQ grill is available for outdoor cooking, and the private boat dock - unique to the Port Villas - gives you direct water access for kayaking, boating, or simply enjoying the cove.

 

Resort & location

Sea Pines Resort is one of Hilton Head Island's most beloved destinations, offering championship golf, tennis, natural beaches, and an extensive network of biking and walking trails. South Beach Marina Village is a short walk away, with dining, shopping, and seasonal live music at the Salty Dog. The ocean beach is directly across the street.

Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.



The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay.

Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $200 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $100 for each extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.



Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
