Luxury apartment in Brickell Avenue. Just steps from the Biscayne Bay. Centrally located just minutes from Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Design District (5 mins) & Only 10 mins from Miami Beach. Walking distance to the amazing Brickell City Centre & Marry Brickell Village. Building amenities such as steam room, sauna, 2 pools and GYM. CVS drugstore and supermarket right by the building and Publix supermarket just a block away. Early check-in upon availability + additional fee House Rules:
1) Smoking is only allowed at the outside area. There will be $200 fine per day for smoking inside. We have the rights to charge an extra cleaning fee for smoking inside the house.
2) No loud music inside at any time. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

I would like to remind you about the House Rules :
1) Smoking is only allowed at the outside area. There will be $200 fine per day for smoking inside. We have the rights to charge an extra cleaning fee for smoking inside the house.
2) No loud music inside the property at any time.
3) Garbage – Trash is to be disposed of properly in trash bags. You must not leave garbage bags on the floor. Garbage bags are not left unattended in front of door or in stairwell. Please dispose all garbage in the trash-shut that is located on the hall labeled as “TRASH SHUT” (It’s on the section 0-12 from each floor).
4) Visitors and/or other guest that are not staying at the property, are required to be pre-approved by us, and must leave the property before 10pm every night.
5) Check out is at 11AM (+15mins after checkout time will incur a charge $50usd; & +2hrs after checkout time will incur on a charge for an extra day. This doesn’t give you the right to stay longer.
6) We have the right to charge you an extra cleaning fee for leaving the property dirtier than a regular stay (stains in the floor, dirty dishes, leaving trash in the house behind, strange smells, etc.)
7) There will be inside the unit: 1 bath towel per each guest registered and two pillows on each bed.
8) We have the right to charge you for new Beddings, Towels (stained, dirty and/or turn up missing).
9) Washer & Dryer located at 14th floor. (applicable to studios only)
10) The Pools, GYM , Steam Room, Management Office, Game Room are on the 14th floor
11) Food Deliveries – Food deliveries are not allowed in the lobby. All food deliveries are to be picked up on the ground level with security or will be sent up to the unit. Name for delivery must be the same name as the one on the reservation.
12) Dress Code – All guests must be covered up accordingly. Shirts, shoes and pants/shorts.
13) No Gas or charcoals or any devices with open flames are allowed on the balcony or in the unit.
14) Please take into account that we only offer Netflix for TV.
15) There is a Key+Fob per unit. In case you need an extra key, please request it to us. If you need an extra Fob, you must request it at Management Office on the 14th floor. They will activate it on the guest phone and it has a cost of 10 USD. The guest must had sent his/her ID prior the request.
16) Please leave the Key+Fob inside the unit with the door unlocked at the Check-Out. DONT DROP OFF THE KEYS AT THE FRONT DESK.
By not following the house rules we have the right to cancel the reservation without any refund; saying this we have the right to request all guests to leave the property.

Great location and sleeps 8 comfortably
The location was great. Apartment was clean. We had an issue with the key to get into the apartment and had to reach out to the manager who was responsive. Seating for the apartment only has seats for 6 people but sleeps 8. The accommodations offered were great.

Good for the price
The entire apartment feels empty and furnished by IKEA, which wouldn’t be terrible as we travel to see the city, not the room, but a number of things need maintained. Plus one shower’s pressure was so low it was unusable. The location is great for having 4 bedrooms though so we’re happy for that. Communication with host was good until we were checked in and then similar to other reviews, never heard back from them after messaging on Vrbo and via text. The staff that works at this apartment building are also pretty unhelpful and rude, but again, hopefully you won’t be at the place very long and are out exploring Miami.

Barely getting what you paid for
Host was non-responsive from the moment we got the keys. When we arrived there was still someone in the apartment, claimed to be a maintenance worker.
WIFI was advertised, but never found the name or password. Host never responded to give us the WIFI.
Iron and Ironing board were advertised and no where to be found in unit, so we needed to go buy one to get ready for a wedding. No response from host again.
Overall unit did not feel clean. Dirty floor, stained sheets, wet shower mat, massive hole in wall of master bathroom. Cracked outlet covers or missing covers to outlets. Master bath outlet didn't work, hairdryer provided didn't work.
Given one shower towel each, but no hand towels for bathrooms. 4 total toilet paper for 7 people for 4 days.

Great location w/free parking but NOT worth the price.
Overall: Great location, FREE parking, & plenty of sleeping space, BUT POOR communication from hosts & INADEQAUTELY furnished for price.
The ok: Condominium pool closes at sunset, parking garage is TIGHT, & only 1 pot + 2 frying pans.
The bad (host fixed): Upon arrival, no shower curtain in master bathroom & stain on a comforter.
The ugly (host did NOT fix):
1.Dryer seems to vent directly into kitchen (possible Building Code violation, M1501.1 / M1502.2).
2.Host largely non-communicative unless they wanted something (i.e., not when you have issues).
3.For a family of 6, a single fob (required for everything in building) is wholly inadequate!
4.Non-working electrical socket in master bdrm.
5.Dishwasher not attached to counter, tipped over when drawers pulled out.
6.One bath towel/guest completely INSUFFICIENT! (NO beach/pool towels & NO towels @ building pools)
7.Inadequate place settings, ONLY 5 bowls & ~7 regular plates. Ran dishwasher after every meal. Also, only 3 seats at table for meals.
8.No pancake spatulas, baking sheets or pans, measuring cups or spoons.
9.Outside balcony door handle installed backwards. No gap btwn handle & doorframe to grasp. Had to leave door open when out on balcony.
10.Most fridge door shelves broken or non-existent.
11.Only cooking “essentials” provided: half bag of coffee, some filters, & some Splenda packets.
12.Hallway bathroom missing roller bar for toilet paper holder.
13.Ventilation cover at bottom of fridge broken/detached.
