Uncover the best of Kansas City from the comfort of this beautifully renovated home, boasting two separate units for added privacy and convenience. Each unit features its own private entrance, kitchen, and living area, offering 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms across two levels, ensuring ample space for relaxation and enjoyment.

The upper level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the lower level offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, catering to the needs of all guests. Drift off to sleep in the two luxurious king beds, 3 queen beds, or make use of the convenient roll-away twin for additional sleeping arrangements.

Guests are welcome to hang out and relax on the back patio and enjoy the amazing tree-lined backyard, with a recently added firepit area and mural! Several coffee shops, Cliff Drive, Kessler Park, and the amazing newly renovated Kansas City Museum are just blocks away in the beautiful Historic Northeast Neighborhoods.

The lower level space can only be accessed via the secure entrance off of the back patio. There is no internal access between the upper and lower levels.

The driveway offers convenient off-street parking for two cars and there is always plenty of free street parking available directly in front of the home. Unfortunately, the garage is not accessible for guests at this time.

The tree-lined backyard is a perfect spot to relax, whether on the back patio or the newly added firepit area! Please note that the Adirondack chairs are moved into storage during KC's harsh winter months to prevent damage.

There were plenty of all the amenities we needed and it was a quick, easy drive to the power and light district. Grant our host was awesome. He stayed connected with us, provided recommendations and responded quickly. The house was perfect for our group. Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay at this Kansas City home. Grant was an outstanding host, responsive and helpful from booking through checkout. The house was spotless, newly renovated, and spacious, with thoughtful touches throughout. The downstairs two bedroom apartment was a highlight and worked perfectly for privacy and flexibility. The upstairs living room couch deserves a special mention, incredibly comfortable after long days out. The location was convenient and the home felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. We would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Perfect for Family Vacation

Beautiful comfortable vacation home. Very clean and modern. Separate entrance for downstairs unit which gave us grandparents some privacy while our son’s family stayed upstairs. Beautiful kitchen so we could eat breakfast together before vacationing at nearby Sea World and Legoland.

We just rented Grant’s house this past week for the American Royal Livestock Show. We had plenty of space for 3 couples and a couple of kids. Complete renovation in a neat part of the city and only 2-3 miles back to the Royal. His recommendation for Northeast Pizza and the Coffee house across the street were also highlights of our trip.
