Enjoy this lovely Mountain Cabin in the Poconos. Our beautifully updated home is located in the 4 season Masthope Community. Ski big bear is 7 min away (skiing, snowboarding and tubing), Summit restaurant, 2 Pools, Tiki bar and arcade. Masthope private beach is 6 min away for swimming, boating, and fishing. Take a 5 min drive to the stables for pony rides, trail rides and private lessons. Guests receive a 25% discount for skiing and snow tubing.

About our Home:
Updated open concept living room and kitchen area - bright space/large windows to view the wildlife. Gas fireplace, Large Smart TV with DVD player and selection of DVD's and board games.

Beautiful, huge bar room with bar fridge, smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and card table.
9ft shuffleboard in sitting room.
Finished basement with air hockey/ping pong table, pool table, dart board and 2 arcade system one shooter arcade and one classic with thousands of games

Bedroom 1: master with king bed, smart tv and attached full bathroom - walk out to the hot tub on the deck overlooking the peaceful woods

Other things to note :

All guests are to be 21 and over with an exception for children traveling with their parents
All bookings are required to sign our short term lease after the booking has been accepted on VRBO
Registration forms for our community must be filled out within 7 days of check in, if not guest will be charged an additional $25 fee.
Masthope HOA fee is included in your stay for up to 12 guests. Amenity badges are $10 per day per person- this will be taken care of at check in. Check in days do not have summer amenities available for guests.
Up to 5 vehicles allowed for parking.
Please note that there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be good neighbors. We do not allow events at our property. HOA Community quiet time in effect at 10pm-7am.

Our Hot Tub is available upon request. Use of it is optional. If you would like to use our Hot Tub, we require a $200 cleaning fee to be paid separately. Our tub is drained, cleaned & sanitized, refilled and treated prior to your visit.

Cleaning fee does not include garbage removal - guests will be required to bring their garbage to the community compactor at the end of their stay.
Our home has a maximum capacity of 12 people at any time of any age. If guest count is more than the maximum additional fees and/or immediate cancellation of stay may occur.
Community amenities not available July 4th holiday. Guests violating or no smoking policy are liable for an additional $250 fee for cleaning / deodorizing. Hunting is not permitted nor harming of any local wildlife on property or in community.
