**Important Information on Community Amenity Passes**

During the summer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day), community amenity passes are required to access the pool and beach, $10 for per pass available for purchase at the office. Although our house can accommodate up to 14 guests, a max of 12 passes can be purchased. During ski season (mid-December to early March), renters can receive up to a 25% discount on lift passes at Ski Big Bear with a valid RFID renter's pass.

Please check in at the Community Point of Contact (POC) to obtain your passes. Trash is collected every Thursday morning, and there's no need to bring the cans to the street—the garbage truck will back up into the driveway for pickup. Please note that the Community enforces guest amenity blackout dates on the day before and after Independence Day

This was an all-around wonderful autumn weekend getaway. The house was everything it was marketed to be. The lake, serenity of the property and the area is just beautiful.

Beautiful house and perfect location . Host is easy to talk to and accommodating . This house offers so much for everyone . My teen who can never wait to get home didn’t want to leave ! Will definitely be staying here again . Clean and so warm and cozy. The game room was an hit for the kids and the room with the 6 beds they LOVED ! Everything was perfect !

Fun Family Tme

Everything was very good for all ages. We enjoyed water activities and explored the area some. The community has large pools, a beach, a fitness center and restaurants. Some of us loved all the games upstairs. That was a big draw. The house is beautiful and spotlessly clean.

Perfect long weekend getaway

If you enjoy the outdoors, this is a Fantastic home and property with plenty to do indoors and out. The Kids loved the game room and ability to fish right from the dock. We didn’t use the hot tub, but the property was super clean with everything we needed for a long weekend. We’ll definitely be back !

Excellent Family Vacation Location

This vacation house had everything we could have asked for. We spent our time swimming, kayaking, playing games, making meals and relaxing. The owners were fantastic, easy to contact and very attentive. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a perfect get away with family!

This property is great for a family get together. It has something for everyone. This includes game rooms in the loft areas, swimming, kayaking, paddle boating. Row boating and FISHING. The fishing was a huge hit.There is a large deck area and dock, along with a fire pit for s’mores. These are reached by levels of steps down to the lake.The hot tub and grill are on their own decks near the house.You couldn’t have asked for more from TVs in most bedrooms to a well set up kitchen.Great location and home.Thank you so much!!

Family week at the lake

Absolutely pristine and stunning lake house! So much room for our extended family of 10 even with a rainy day there was lots to do indoors with the games upstairs. Wonderful stay and great family memories made. We boated off the dock and went swimming down the street at the beach. Wonderful property would absolutely rent again!

The house is amazing. It’s clean, comfortable and lots of space. Bedding is very nice. The patio by the lake is fantastic and the view from the hot tub is gorgeous. We had a very minor problem the cafe lights were blinking and we couldn’t get them to stop without turning then off. I reached out to them to let them know at 930pm more as an fyi , it really was minor. They had someone out to fix it that morning!!! For something so minor I felt they went above and beyond what they needed to. It’s a great home!!!

Autumn break getaway

Our group had a blast staying at this lovely house. We should have extended the stay longer. The kids had fun kayaking, pedaling, and rowing the boat which were provided by the home owner. The adults enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the gorgeous lake. The interior of the house is very modern and cozy. When opportunity arise, I’ll like to book another weekend getaway there. I’ll like to thank the host again for their hospitable services.

Great memories

It was our first time in the Poconos and we could not have had a better experience. A 10 out of 10 ( can I do more than 10?!). John and Elizabeth were incredibly gracious hosts and there was nothing that they didn't do to make sure that our experience was first class. They are the nicest people and the property is gorgeous, spacious, something for everyone and location outstanding. Look forward to visiting again in the future. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful home directly on lake

Gorgeous modern property, as in photos, sparkling clean. Direct on very pretty lake with private dock, kayaks. Can swim but not dive from dock (shallow). Decent amount of weekend motorboat action on lake, quiet and peaceful on weekdays. Short walk to community beach with fun floating platforms for jumping and diving. Helpful owners. Summer as it is meant to be!

The house was perfect for our family of 14. Our 6 little grandkids loved, loved, loved the upstairs room with the 6 twin beds; the adults loved having them safe and asleep upstairs while we played late night games downstairs where the living room comfortably accommodated all 8 adults. We have a billiards champ who thoroughly enjoyed the pool table. The upstairs game room gave the children a safe place to hang while the adults were busy preparing dinners. Between the large table and the stools at the island, we all had a place to sit and eat together. The bedrooms gave each pair of adults our own space. The beds were so comfy. With the 3 bathrooms, no one ever had to wait. The house was stocked perfectly with everything we needed. The 2 washers and 2 dryers came in very handy. And now for the outside! The multi-level deck with propane grill was perfect for casual seating and a place for all our coolers. The dock, patio and fire pit area by the water were amazing. We used the kayaks, the row boat, and the paddle boat. We brought our own paddle board and fishing rods. All of us loved our time at the dock! The house location, 2 doors from the beach, made it so easy to play at the beach. The pool complex up at the community center was wonderful! The tiki hut and restaurant served good food in a great environment. The hosts were so responsive and helpful without being intrusive. It was a great week for all of us and we look forward to repeating it many times again in the future!
