Masthope Mountain Community is a private mountain community that requires guest passes for some amenities (pool, lake, beach, ski mountain).

Good to Know
-Self check-in via smart lock (details sent before arrival)
-Guest IDs and vehicle info required for community access passes . We'll reach out ~3 weeks before your stay to collect this smoothly
-Exterior security cameras on property (outdoors only)

The primary renter must be at least 30 years old and staying on-site during the rental or all renters must be over 21 (except children under 10 years old).
Community guidelines require guest IDs and car information for all registered guests in order to obtain community passes. You will receive a welcome message on this platform approx 2 weeks prior to your check-in date where you will provide this information. 2 dogs max under 70lbs allowed and will incur a $50 pet fee. House rules state that garbage must be brought to the compactor station (passes provided from community). Garbage not removed with receive a $50 additional fee.

** Guest passes may be obtained directly at the welcome center for a fee of $10 per person, per day. Passes cannot be used on the day of check out. (Maximum of 12 passes can be purchased during your stay).
