Beautiful waterfront home with heated pool and game room.

Spacious home with heated pool in beautiful Sunridge Woods. Close to all theme parks & amenities. Sleeps 8.
This home has 4 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms with private heated pool and game room, a formal living room, dining room, family room, laundry room, offering a lot of living space.
As you enter the front door, there is a family room that has a sectional sofa and 55" Smart TV with cable and movie apps. The living room has a sofa set and 65" 4K Smart TV with cable, perfect for watching all movies with family and friends.
The garage has an all-purpose family-friendly games floor with a tennis/ping pong table , Pop-A-Shot basketball fun and Air Hockey table for your entertainment on days away from the parks.
Open floor plan with kitchen facing the pool deck. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances (dishwasher, stove, microwave and refrigerator) as well as the small appliances you could possibly need.
The dining table has seating for 4 and there is also a breakfast nook table with seating for 4.
Big patio with pool furniture, inflatable toys and a BBQ grill (pool heating + grill use are optional services / ad-ons).
There are 4 bedrooms: Master bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom and remaining bedrooms have full/queen beds. There are TVs with cable and movie apps in each bedroom.

Good discounts for long stays.

Unfortunately, we do NOT allow large events at our home out of consideration for neighbors. We have a max limit of 8 guests on property at any time.

Great Place to stay

This was a great place to stay. The propery was clean and in what felt to be a safe neighborhood. Close to reataurants, shopping and gas. The game room was a bonus for our kids between 10-14 yo and adults as well. Enjoyed the spacious home.

Weekend Reunion with Florida Family

This was my first time renting a home here in Florida, and I didnt know what to expect. The house did not disappoint. The inside provided us with both areas to gather and areas for privacy. We especially enjoyed eating meals on the lanai and sitting by the pool sharing conversations and coffee. The Host was easy to get a hold of when we had a quick qyestion. Overall, a great property and perfect respite!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood except for the annoying little dog next door at 566 that barks non stop next door while you are out back trying to relax at the pool.

Amazing place to stay!!!

This property was great!! We all enjoyed the pool and the covered deck, even on the one rainy day that we had. The property manager, Dan, was easy to communicate with and responding in a quick manner. We would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to our family and friends. The house was clean and very roomy for the 6 of us. Thank you again Dan for doing a great job!!

Pros: good location, close to almost everything. Cons: The house needs TLC. The master bathroom sliding shower door needs to be fixed or replaced; only one side works. The shower floor is cracked significantly so shower with feet spread out. I paid for heat for the pool but was never able to enjoy the pool because it was not clean. There’s a film of algae floating on top of water and you can clearly see the pool itself needed a good scrubbing and better filtration. The pool net is broken so no point of using that. The pool area also needs a good cleaning; black stains in seating area can be scrubbed or power washed. Also, the area has cob webs that makes it feel like no one is keeping up with it.The most uncomfortable part of all this is the fact that we found roaches inside the house a few times. One bedroom has terrible lighting, another bedrooms bed was flat (air mattress) and the game room basketball balls were deflated so no game time for anyone. Also, the outside trash bin from the previous renters was not emptied prior to our arrival so our trash barely fit.

Would not stay again

Positive: it was a nice space, great pool. Unfortunately the home itself was very dated, a lot of disrepair, a toilet was continuously running, the kitchen sink had a horrible smell. Most importantly, the WiFi was not connected to the internet. I reached out to the home owner and Vrbo several times and never received a reply from either, which was very disappointing, especially considering all TVs were smart TVs so we were unable to enjoy any tv during our stay. I would not recommend this Vrbo.
