Ocean Palms is a charming one bedroom cottage nestled among a tropical garden in a quiet neighborhood of Ocean Beach.
It is the front cottage in a gated community of 3 separate cottages â each with their own patio.
Enjoy lounging in the living room with HD Large screen TV or hanging on the patio, dining el fresco on a hot summers night.
The space
Ocean Palms comes complete with washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen and a dining table with ample seating for 4.
The bedroom has a queen size bed with flat screen TV and ample closet space.
The living room has a full sized futon in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements.
Down the winding brick path is the shared Jacuzzi and propane Bbq, both available for your use, along with beach cruiser bikes and lots of beach equipment including boogie boards, beach towels and beach umbrellas.
There is an outside shower for you and your family and a wonderful outside bathtub for your dog.
Near Cable St, Ocean Palms is just 5 blocks from Newport Ave â the bustling center of Ocean Beach life.
The stretch of beaches in Ocean Beach, the pier, dog beach and the amazing eateries make Ocean Beach a favorite destination.
From Ocean Palms it is just 10 minutes to Sea World, 15 minutes to Balboa Park, The San Diego Zoo, Petco Park and the Gas Lamp district. Other points of interest around San Diego are within a freeways drive away.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
No Smoking is allowed inside any of our properties. You are welcome to smoke in outside areas of the home.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.
For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes unattended. If you plan to spend time away from your pet please find a doggy daycare. You can call our office for recommendations.
Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.
Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with us.
Guest access
All guests will receive an email with check-in instructions prior to their arrival. These will include access instructions and a keypad code to gain access to the keys to enter the home.
