Great location in PB. Cozy studio that offered everything we needed. Loved the privacy of outdoor space. One block away from beach and restaurants. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting!

Great location, quiet area with parking for one car. The unit was very clean and we experienced no issues during our stay. Would definitely rent this studio again.

Great little place 1 block from beach and restaurants/ shopping. Ralph's grocery store is 1/2 a block away. Little courtyard was cute with hottub and 2 bikes with a chain so you can lock them up and had helmets. Place had roomy shower, plenty of towels and blankets, and some beach gear. Bed was a little on the hard side the 3 rd night, but we are used to a soft one. Place was cute clean and cozy overall. Host was great with answering questions quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay! Unbeatable location—the beach is literally across the street, with amazing cafés, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance. The hot tub, BBQ, and complimentary bikes with helmets gave us plenty of fun options for the weekend. The interior was pristine, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable, great bed and water pressure. Having a dedicated gated parking spot was incredibly convenient in this lively neighborhood. Excellent communication throughout and an overall fantastic experience!

So perfect for an extended stay near Family with my little dog. I loved how secure the yard is and the place has everything I needed just a block from the beach, so I got to walk to sunset every night! Felt very secure!

Adorable little property steps from the beach. The hot tub and bikes were so amazing to use every day and the host was super responsive. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!
