Summary:
100 year old historic building completely remodeled in the mid 2000s. Enjoy the 20ft ceilings, exposed brick, and modern layout. Location, Location, Location, you will be able to walk just about anywhere downtown Indy.

The Space:
Master bedroom - 1 queen bed with in suite bathroom that can be accessed from the common hallway or inside the bedroom. On the inside of the condo so a very quiet fully enclosed room.

Bedroom two - Two queen room with a full bathroom. A separate tub and shower. Being a loft one of the walls does not go all the way to the ceiling.

There is a queen mattress tucked in the corner. You can pull out at night for an extra bed.

We have a new couch that is slightly bigger and can sleep 2 to 3 people as well.

Large group? We have you covered with over 12 listings in the same building.

The Neighborhood:
Our condo is in a central downtown location in the Wholessale District, walking distance anywhere you need to go.

Getting Around:
99% of our guests park their car for the entire stay and walk everywhere.

We visited Indianapolis to see a basketball game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse and a Colts game at Lucas Oil. The property location could not have been any better for this! There were several restaurants in walking distance, and there was no problem with street noise inside the building. Everything was clean and spacious, and the area feels safe. We had some downtime, and having the pool table and large sectional to watch sports and movies together was perfect!

We had a great time during our stay and will definitely be back. This was actually our second trip to this location and we were as pleased this time as we were the first, thus the reason we plan to keep staying with this property owner. Plenty of room and location is perfect!

Great Spot In The Heart Of Everything

We throughly enjoyed our stay in downtown Indy. The place was spotless, extremely comfortable beds (which I didn't expect), great linens and close to everything. Scooters were parked right outside and it made our daily commute to the convention center a breeze. Would certainly stay here again!

Great condo in a great location!

We were in town for an event and the condo was exactly what/where we needed and as described. It had everything we needed. Communications from the host(s) before and during our stay were timely, thorough and very useful. When our travels take us back to Indy, we will definitely select this condo again.

Great Location

The property was walking distance to everything. Very clean and beautiful building. You can hear everything so if you are a light sleeper beware. Our neighbors under us stated they could hear us but we were extra careful to be quiet. You could hear anyone in the halls and construction in the unit above us. Nothing was bad enough to not enjoy our stay.

Perfect location

We had a fantastic time at this lovely loft! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. The pool table added extra fun to our stay.

Great location

This was a great location and the place was nice. The shower in one of the bathrooms dripped and it could be heard the entire time, and the dishwasher is in very bad shape. A little maintenance would go a long way for this property. The communication was great and all instructions to get in and out were perfect. Overall, this was a good property and we would revisit for sure, just needs a few small fixes!

Excellent Location and Comfortable!

We had a great stay at the loft last weekend. The location was perfect! We came to town to watch the Colts/Eagles game and the football stadium was just down the street. The included parking spot was a life saver because we didn't need to take the car out hardly at all since there was so many restaurants, bars and things to do within walkable distance. Yes, you can hear some noise from the street, but that is the tradeoff for staying right in the middle of everything! Will rent again the next time we are in Indy.

Great place to stay in downtown Indy

Stayed here during Indy 500 weekend. Great place in close proximity to everything downtown. Included parking and that saved us at least $30/day. Location was clean and staff were very quick to help out if something was needed.

Big Ten Tournament

Everything worked out great with our stay in Indy for the Big Ten Basketball Tournament. The location was great being very close to the Fieldhouse and restaurants.

Property was a great location and the owners/managers were easy to work with. Nothing over the top fancy, but everything worked and was exactly as advertised. Easy access to bars, restaurants, convention center and stadium.

Great place weird vibe though

Loved the place! Great great location and the property was so nice just a couple things were kind of odd. The property manager texted us right when we got in making sure we weren’t throwing a party which we were not and then texted again throughout the night showing me a graph of how loud we were. It was honestly just weird and made the night kind of off. It was fine we were respecting the place since it is an apartment just didn’t like the couple texts through out the night since we were doing absolutely nothing wrong.

Convenient stay in downtown Indy!

We stayed here for 10 days during a dive meet. The property was just right for my husband, son and I. We had a few very small issues with noise from the unit above that were very quickly handled by Austin. Parking was easy, kitchen very well stocked, tv easy to use. The neighborhood has a bit of a bar scene but this never disturbed us. Thanks again for everything.
