This lovely South Beach vacation home away from home is ideal for a couple or group of four. Located deep in Sea Pines Plantation, you have some privacy which our guests love as it makes your stay quite relaxing. But don't worry - there is plenty to do on Hilton Head Island if you are here for adventure!

Located on the second floor, you have a lovely balcony from which to enjoy the views, dine outdoors, kick back with a good back, or enjoy wine and cheese! The inside features a primary suite with king bed and an updated full bath. There is a well-equipped kitchen with new wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Take time to relax or host game or movie night in the spacious living room that includes a queen sleeper sofa.

This cozy comfy villa is just across the street from the beach access that overlooks the Calibogue Sound and the always entertaining South Beach Marina Village.

* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.
* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $17. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.
* 1707 Bluff Villa is located in Building 2, 2nd Floor, Stairwell A.

Great location!

This was our first time staying in South Beach and we loved it. Listing is exactly as pictured, directly across from the public boardwalk and the sound. The unit was tidy and efficient—bed very comfortable. Can confirm that the shower/tub area need some attention but everything was very clean. This was by far the best rental company I’ve ever dealt with in Sea Pines—and we’ve been coming annually for 15 years. Really great to work with.

Nice condo but needs some updating.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The recent updates to this condo (washer and dryer, kitchen, vanity area) are great. In general, it was very clean and a nice place to stay. However, the old tub/shower needs to be replaced. Also the living room couch and chair are in pretty bad shape: old, uncomfortable and stained. Also, this year for the first time the pool was closed Oct. 1, even though we paid summer rates. It was very warm that week and we definitely would have used the pool often, had it not closed so early. That was very disappointing.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Sea Pines. Great area, close to beach, walk to pickleball, pool, general store, and favorite, Salty Dog restaurant and cruises.

Best Property Management Company I have ever delt with.

This is a basic apartment which is in a great location and the price was really good for what you get. A few suggestion to make the property even better. First, one of the two sinks does not drain. Second, there is mold around the inside of the shower door and at the bottom outside as well as on the ceiling above the shower. Also, I found out after arriving that e-bikes are not allowed in Sea Pines. That is something you should consider alerting your customers about. The Property Mgt. Co. gets my vote for best communications ever. Hence the 5 stars.

The only negative was that the tv was not a smart tv, and we could not easily use our apps from home, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. Also, the cable box gave us some problems throughout the month...had to reboot several times.Also, the beach chairs supplied are very uncomfortable! Otherwise, we loved our stay at Bluff Villa, and have already booked for next year, but at a larger unit in Bluff Villa.

Great, Quiet location

Few minutes walk to the beach few minutes walk to Salty Dog cafe. 15 minute drive to Harbor Town. Great location and quiet. The check in process was a minor issue as we had a hard time finding the office to pick up our gate passes for Sea Pines. Condo was clean. Only thing is caution is the Sofa Bed is very uncomfortable likely due to its age. Kids might not mind it but adults may. The beach there is the inket side so the waves are very small. However the sea life is abundant herez we saw a small shark, several starfish, dozens of dolphins. We drove to Coligny Beach our last day and it was about a 12-15 minute drive where the beaches are much much busier and the waves are bigger. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome week vacation

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here with our infant daughter. The unit was clean and well stocked with dishes, cookware and silverware. The location was amazing. There was a nice, quiet beach right across the street that had lovely sunsets every night. The whole neighborhood was friendly, quiet, and nice. There was always an open parking spot right in front of our villa which made taking our child in and out of the car a lot easier. There were beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrella already at the unit which was very nice. There was also an app that we downloaded that a bunch of really good information about things to do around Hilton head and numbers to call if we needed help with anything. Very awesome place to stay for the week. Would definitely it let recommend to friends and family and would love to come back for another trip.
