Oceanfront condo, beautiful views, next to Fort Fisher, steps to the beach.
1 king bed, 2 twins, and a sleeper sofa. Quiet and peaceful location on a private beach. There is an outdoor pool which is open around May through Oct, weather permitting. Very relaxing and cozy place.

This place is beautiful. There are some nice updates and thoughtful items like shampoo, conditioner, a curling iron. It really is the little things. The view is beautiful. You are at the very end, so it looks like the ocean keeps going forever. I almost want to keep it a secret! It’s a little busy from people walking over from fort fisher, but I loved the people (and dog) watching. Met a lovely family who were fishing and caught a huge fish. I want to book again in the next couple of weeks. Hosts seemed like very special people too.

The view was pretty; however, you did see the fence line and that wasn't stunning. The electronics, like the TV remote may need batteries and the dining room fan would go on and off like it had a mind of its own. Just bring that to your attention as there may be an electrical issue possibly. Overall, we totally enjoyed.

Nice getaway!

Enjoyed our first time at Kure beach and the view was amazing! Having that private beach area was worth every penny! The condo was very clean and well taken care of. Will be coming back! Thank you for having us!

The Riggings never disappoint

Have stayed at The Riggings several times
the location can’t be beat. The property was awesome and exactly as described. Definitely recommend this property to anyone. Host was awesome and very responsive

Beach Condo

The condo was very clean and in a great location. Our daughter loved getting to sleep next to the ocean! There was someone staying in the condo above us that was a little loud at night, but overall, very quiet.

Great trip to Kure Beach

We had a great relaxed vacation to Kure beach. The condo is the last in the beach. Quiet, very very clean, and beautifully decorated/well stocked. We walked to fort fisher everyday and ate at the great local/close by restaurants. I highly recommend Jack Mackerals for dinner, the ocean view restaurant for breakfast/brunch/lunch, and beach house burgers.

Relaxing beach trip

The condo had everything we needed. Beautiful view of the ocean. The beach was not crowded. The condo was near the Aquarium and Ferry. We had a great girls getaway.

Great place for our small wedding

Condo was great! Very clean! Loved the private beach for our wedding! Everything was perfect! Owner, Russ was great! He was always very pleasant and answered any questions I had very quickly. We will definitely be back!

Sugestions

Stay at the property was quite satisfactory. Sugestions, provide cable TV service such as Spectrum, Comcast or Dish which would provide access to the major networks such as ABC,CBC, NBC, FOX News, CNN and MSNBC. Provide shower mat for the tub. Install grab rails in the tub/shower.

Great quiet spot to relax

Russell made the trip very easy. We went down right after a hurricane came through and the communiation about was going on was great. We really enjoyed the condo and being at the end of the island was great. Nice an quiet.

Beautiful ocean views! Light, bright & clean — Perfect!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay — Beautiful ocean views, sweeping down the beach towards Fort Fisher. Light, bright, updated decor. Super clean and well stocked. The perfect location, away from the crowds. I miss it already and would go back in a heartbeat. Two thumbs up! Highly recommend.

We love this property because of the privacy and location. Their is a private beach, steps from the condo; however if you want the option of going to Fort Fisher public beach access, it's a half mile walk down the path or by car.
