Cozy cabin on the quiet end of the lake. Check in process was super easy and communication with Lyman was great. Quiet, peaceful location but very close to downtown Meredith and Laconia if you want to venture out.

This was my second stay and as before the cottage is a great retreat. It is quiet and peaceful. The only comment I would say is that the porch floor needed vacuuming.Marc

Marc, Thank you for your review. It would have been helpful to have heard about this cleaning issue when you checked in (rather than after check out). We ask all renters to please take a look around when they first arrive to be sure that the camp is as they expected. I have informed our cleaning service and they have agreed to make sure this gets done in advance of all future stays.

We very much enjoyed this clean, pet friendly cottage along a “no wake” zone on Winnisquam Lake. The kitchen is well equipped, the shower hot and the beds comfortable. There is a large screened porch for lounging and eating. This is a fantastic area for kayaking. Anyone looking for peace and quiet should consider this cottage. Lyman was great, promptly answering all of our questions. We hope to return!

Thanks, June. It was nice to meet you and your husband briefly. The fall is one of our favorite times of the year at the camp. The days are usually cooler but still very nice and the crowds have left the area. We hope you come for another visit next season.

Beautiful property, was perfect for our family. So much to do nearby (restaurants, beaches, hiking, mountain biking, etc.) and lots to do on the property itself. It was so nice to have the kayaks available to use, and the lake is nice and calm. The house is kept very clean and has everything you need. Can’t wait to stay here again!

The lake view was beautiful. We sat in the screened in porch and just watched the lake. I read a book and it was quiet and get temperature. We had a nice time.

Beautiful spot on this lake. Quiet and peaceful. House was very clean and everything was as shown in pictures. Yard is big enough to play frisbee with the dog. Plenty of room for parking as well. We would 100% stay here again.

Great vacation property! We loved being able to have a little beach as well as a dock to use. It was very nice to be able to use the grill for dinner and relax by a firepit. We've been coming here for years and enjoy this quiet end of the lake.
